I was already having a pretty good day thanks to having less work to complete than I've had all semester, but my Spanish professor made it even better by letting us go fifteen minutes early. :)
I finished a major project that I've been working on for over a month! Feels nice to be done with it ^-^

A couple of wounds on my legs kept me from walking around properly the past few days and I can walk again today without it hurting every step so yeah...very much smiling about that.

Yesterday I was talking to my friend on her birthday and we both discussed the dream of moving back into the same city together and being neighbors/roommates again. Made me so happy that she would share this dream until we're both old. <3
Today my dance instructor told me I'm doing so well but that I simply lack confidence and that I JUST NEED TO HAVE FUN..... made me smile because she's definitely right, and those were the words I needed to improve. :')
I had a tattoo consultation! And I really like my artist! And I'm super excited! I grinned stupidly for like a solid half hour after my consultation and am so pleased, it made my whole day

I smiled today because I restored my relationship with myself. I smiled today because I saw a beautiful bird. I smiled today because I had a restful sleep after so many days. In all it feels great!!!
This happened yesterday but I got 2 new books I've been dying to read. Today, after I do my schoolwork, I get to read them all day!!!

I feel like I have been settling into my new school more and there's this girl and we have a lot of common in terms of being a teenager and growing up, etc. Plus, I think I made a new friend in my Religious Education lesson: we talked a lot about all kinds of things. Additionally, we are doing web design in computing which is so much fun! And it's Friday, so y'know, videogames!!
I finally got one of my friends into a fandom I really like! I've spent the past hour putting together fics/fanart/character explanations so she could easily understand that very complicated lore of Batman and his family. c:
I had some really good cold-brew coffee today, and I have enough cold-brew for the next few days as well.
It really is the little things, y'all. I've been struggling to find everyday beauty the past few weeks because I've been fairly stressed between school and work, and this was exactly what I needed to remind myself that life is good and beautiful.

My friend started an intensive 2500+ mile hike a week ago and me and our other mutual friend check in on her every day in our group chat - and it's really nice how it's evolved to daily silly banter every day. :')
