Important question about the runes!

Do they have any meaning normally, or are they special to this roleplay? Because I just realized Raptor might be qualified to play translator. >>

I'll leave my post open-ended on that part for now, but I'm really curious to see how the story goes! :)

Also I, uh, might have traumatized Raptor with the scorpion attack.

I just chose runes that resembled the letters "H" and "O" because they lead to a respective goal beginning with those letters. They're meant to make it easy to identify the specific items when those other chests come along so nobody on another team takes the wrong thing.

The specific runes you chose, Raven, are Norse. They do have their own meanings but yeah, we can use them how we need them.

I knew they were Norse but I couldn't find a reliable source with their actual meanings. I did look for runes that meant the actual words I needed but there was nada
