Oh sorry, Maggie is just seeing them differently as she kills they properly. There should be no significant change for the others. Still stone.

I also just had a fun idea for how we could have the characters defeat the golem. What if the final battle is them facing the things they saw in the mist and defeating them with the knowledge that they gained? Like Hades would be seeing that throne again and walking past the fake him. It would be quick, but might still feel satisfying because it's a callback to everything else in the roleplay.
