Elias isn't that much younger than Annabeth but he acts like he's 12 so I imagine Kaz sees him that way LOL. anything to fuel the precious fatherhood awww

Writing fight scenes also isn't my strength, but the idea of one between them is hilarious.
Also, Elias's realization killed me! I can totally relate to not knowing someone's name and feeling victorious when finally hearing it, but it's really funny in the context of everything else going on.
I'm about to post now, but on a slightly different note: I definitely want to up the action and the stakes soon with the arrival of Fake!Hades. I'm just trying to figure out what Fake!Hades would do when he shows up, and where he would be. Maybe in some kind of throne room?? And maybe Fake!Hades can be mad because there's a bunch of living people in the Underworld, and try to hurt them because of it - so Hades has to overcome his fear by becoming more confident in himself and beating his fake self?
I realized a few posts ago that Ares would know how to heal people, but I really wanted him to acknowledge that Maggie has medical skills - even though she never explicitly said it. I think I'll have Hades decide for sure that Ares is his Ares in the next post I write - I just wanted to give Kaz a chance to have his moment with his injury.

I also suck at action scenes... and writing one for a roleplay sounds so hard and awfully slow. but would I be entertained? ABSOLUTELY
I'm excited to get to Hades's reason on why the mist transported everyone!! also I didn't realize there'd be two hades in this world lol I figured he transported here and sees the changes done by him but he has to figure out how and why the changes happen or something. But Hades battling Hades is much more entertaining pffff
And same! They've definitely been slow in the past, which is part of the reason I've avoided them. If the roleplay ever lags in activity, they go on forever.
But I also don't do fight scenes that much in my writing away from rps and sbs, so I might just be rusty. >>
Sometimes I wish Kazimir thought through things more, but in moments like this, I'm glad for how empty his brain is because it allows for quick conflict resolution
