About your character @jumpingsheep, she's great. But, I feel like we have different ages in mind for when they go into jedi academy and how long it takes them to become a Padawan.

You mention she's old as a Padawan, but she's only 15! And apparently she got selected at 13?! Is that how it is? I just want to make sure we're in the same place regarding that so that it all makes sense.

Mine got selected at 16 and is currently still a Padawan at 18.

I did some research and found that most younglings can start becoming padawans at the age of 10, and the oldest they're taken at is around the ago of 13. According to canon, Obi-Wan was chosen around 13 (very late), Caleb Dume at the age of 12, and Qui-Gon Jinn became a Palawan at the age of 10 (apparently he was very good xD). Jedi academy I believe usually starts from a very young age. They stay a padawan until they pass their Trials, which can occur at any time, and many Jedi are still padawans in their late teens and early to mid twenties : )

I'll work on my padawan soon - sometime within the next week. I might work on it now, but I forgot what @Birkhoff's Jedi (my padawan character's master) was going to be named and so I can't really write that part into my character's history, and it will be a necessary part, and so I shall wait.

Also, writing a post for another SB and filling out this character page so late at niiight (it's 2:35 AM now) is tiring. So no character page anyway.
