@Robusto It's not obvious to me yet, except if it's Arceus or a being a bit like that, but that would be kinda impossible as well (well the Arceus part would, imo). Really I have no idea.
I'd like to volunteer for that one, but to be fair, it depends on how I manange to handle my week and the following one.
I've already started writing though. And yeah, I totally planned an encounter with Darius, even a small one.

@Verser: Hunter seems to be the one who is keeping track of the prequel characters, so you can send him a PM or (if you want to) describe your character in this DT. Your decision.

That he is, Verser. He's documenting them in his post. Though only submit one if you're certain you'll actually be doing the prequel. Which I'm now working on alone. There was a mutiny.

What is your favorite moment in Videogame History? (Either describe said moment, or link a youtube video of it here)

No, I don't think I said that. At least, I can't remember saying it. I think it was Char...

My favorite video game moment? Well, I'll probably have to enclose it in spoilers, because it reveals a major plot event of a certain video game (Fire Emblem: Awakening). Of course, if you don't have plans to play the game, read the spoiler all you want.

My favorite video game moment was Emmeryn's suicide in Fire Emblem: Awakening. The Mad King Gangrel had captured her, and was demanding the Fire Emblem in exchange for her. Chrom, Emmeryn's brother and one of the main protagonists, refused to give it to him. However, to prevent any further conflict, Emmeryn, standing at this tall point, said her last words and jumped off. She decided to give up her own life so that she could save her brother and his army, and that moment left me sad for the rest of the day. That had to have been the most thought-provoking moment I had ever experienced in a video game, and it depressed me immensely. After all, she was not well-respected by most anybody, despite her kind nature, because of her father's war against an enemy nation and the suffering that brought. I found out later on that she lived. However, she lost all her memories, and she was just a shell of her former self. That second realization made me even sadder, because it was worse - she'd lived, but would never be the same again. That has to be my favorite video game moment, and also the saddest.

I reset my game, because I thought I made the wrong choice at that moment. Turns out both choices end up with that scene.

Favorite moment in video game history? Boy, it's hard... It's kinda early today, so I'll try to think about it by tomorrow. First game that comes to mind is Mystery Dungeon 2, but I'll have to be sure.

@Robusto, my heart has been shattered! I am the poll guy and you forgot! Rest assured, they aren't through, but as I said, I've been extremely busy. As your question can be anything related to video game history, my favourite moment was getting my Nintendo Wii with Mario Galaxy, which should be considered a modern classic. 'Nuff said.

the halo trilogy...... without a doubt the best story in all video game history. Probably the best moment in that trilogy is the end of the fourth game. God its such a great story line o.o

Oh yeah, the Halo games are known for being such immersive science-fiction marvels (and fun FPSs). Darn I need to play them all.

That aside, I'm hesitating between three mindblowing things on my gaming life, so I'll go ahead and put them all.

The first one I thought about was reaching the Chasm Cave in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon, that was... Oh gosh it was hard, long and difficult and the path to reach it sure was great, both story-wise and challenge-wise. The music, too, was definitely memorable.

The second and main one would be reaching the Tower of Salvation for the first time in Tales of Symphonia. This game... This is a freaking world of its own. A lot of optional, challenging content, superb music, enjoyable characters, and mostly, a complex story with memorable battles. The Tower of Salvation should be renamed the Tower of Mindblowing, cause that's the part of the game where EVERYTHING. Gets. REAL.

And finally, the first, physical encounter with Lavos in Chrono Trigger. By far the most dramatic moment of the game (that and Lavos looks freaking scary), and for a good reason that I'll avoid developing, just in case.

Really can't choose between those three.
