Here's the next poll:

What's your favourite kind of Pokeball and why? (Excluding the Master Ball)

This one is easy for me. It's the Quick Ball. When you're trying to catch every uncaught Pokemon you come across, what could be more satisfying than capturing it right off the bat without hitting it once. I even caught Latios that way. Start the battle, throw a Quick Ball on the first turn, and boom, caught me a Latios. It works so well, it feels like I'm cheating! XD

@AstralHunter that was for everyone else, mostly, because yes I did realized you had watched it.

-VoltRunner still exists, don't worry! I just have to switch to Tachikoma in the UnderUsed Tier. They're pretty much siblings, so you'll see them often :D
Thing is, Tachikoma is suppose to be taken out quickly, she's the opening suicide lead. She's supposed to be taken out quickly for the sake of the team's win, though sometimes she does pull off really nice moves with that Thunder of hers.

-Meh, not really. I had to use Dark Pulse anyway, and a Flinch effect would've come in handy, so I just had to be patient. What was truly frustrating was that freakin' Toxic while Tyratank was tryin' to do his job, so yeah you're totally right D:

-Yeah, no Pin Missile, Foretress is usually a hazard user, and I came prepared with that Fire Blast, as you noticed :p

-Because, Astral! Choice Scarf! The only move that Chandelure could do was Shadow Ball, because that's what the item makes it do. And against a SetMinion (who has Stone Edge), it's useless. So he had to safeswitch into an already doomed case, and then switch back to the Choiced Chandelure to finish off the job with a Fire Blast. And this is what I HATE FROM THE DEPTH OF MY DASTARDLY SOUL about the Choice Scarves and Specs. It gives you amazing boosts, but stucks you into one move. And. I. ADORE. Diversity. It just goes against my principles, so not gonna use those items anytime soon.

-I know, right?! I had encoutered so many situations in which he had been defeated by a Sucker Punch that I just predicted it, lol. I was so happy when ShellMaster sweeped the rest of the team by himself.

-By attacking as soon as you could, you would've lost, because I would've set up PyroCrunch with Quiver Dance, and that, coupled with the Sticky Web, would've pretty much ended the rest of the team. Buuuuuut since I assume YOu have your own team to worry about, you might as well recreate it on Showdown and show me what you're made of ;)

PS answer: I mostly added that line because I didn't want to make it feel like Twinkiel was flawlessly winning every fight, as, well, he's not. I always like to point out that despite being a strong 'Mon, Twinkiel was lucky in many of the fights he participated in. That and Robusto made it feel like Mumbles had been around for some time, so Twinkiel wasn't going to just stroll in and own the guy.
Yeah, you're right, and that's why the next posts will have lots of training sessions, because most of our Humons lack experience. And speakin' of which, be sure to make Gabriel practice from tiem to time. Guys like Mumbles and Darius? They're EVERYWHERE. And look at how good Alek and Sully are. Even Gotias the Machoke would've owned Twinkiel (as a Mareep) had he not be previously badly wounded in Greatwood.

@Charizard821 You DO realize that every single player that started with Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow or FireRed/Leaf Green HAD to train an Abra that way, right? I did, and yes it definitely takes dedication, but really, it's all a matter of gettin' used too. Try training a freakin' Ninjask in Ruby/Sapphire Emerald. Just try makin' it evolve, and then try keep on training him. Good luck with that. It's hard, 'cause he learns really really slowly.
Oh no, wait, what am I saying, hahah... Try training a Smeargle to lv100. not in ORAS, in the originals. I did it. Good luck.
Also, CHALLENGED ACCEPTED. Download Pokemon Showdown and I'm owning whatever team you're putting up against mines. Bring it. Legendaries allowed, though preferably not a full team, 'cause it's really not fun.

As for your poll, mine's the Timer Ball. First because of it's amazing and quite unique design, and second because it's the ball that allowed me to catch Groudon in 6 turns (with just a Solar Beam from Kerberos the Houndoom), Kyogre in 8 (after just one Thunder Punch from my Ampharos (no, not Twinkiel), and Rayquaza in 16. That... That last one was hard, but point is, I love it. Can be used in any field, and gets stronger after every shot. It's perfect!
Image

@TheSilverFox Ah, so it's mostly skill and him being good with his teams as well as how to use his pokemons. Gotcha. So he IS better than you at the game, to put it simply.. Oh well. Everyone got prons and cons, I guess.

@Tortwag, (well this is new, almost typed @Twinkiel XD) I wasn't really intending on downloading showdown OR battling you. I'm WAY out of your league, aaaand I would get rekt liek a scrub. Nobody likes being rekt liek a scrub. On that note, I wouldn't take on Hunter either. That guy analyzes things WAY more than I do. And I'm the guy who wrote a poem about it! So yeaaahhh, you can TRY to convince me. My eyes are open. (Not ears, because, well, interwebz.)

Also, you guys ended your posts at great spots, but I don't have an idea for my next post. Tort, Robocop, I'm all ears for an idea. (Wait... Paradox alert!)

Also ALSO, the Timer Ball is probably my second favourite. If the Quick Ball fails, a good Timer Ball will do, because hey, the more you try, the likelier you are to succeed.

Also ALSO AAAALLLLSSSOOOO, my... First Pokemon game... Was Leaf Green. I... Never had to catch an Abra in it..... Ever.

@15253, great post, but maybe the blade that is my brain has dulled with the relaxation of summer, because I'm a bit lost as to what happened... During the whole thing. If somebody can please summarize, that would be great. Sorry! ^^;

@Charizard821 Ren goes into a dream after staying up all night and is confronted by Absol (who may or may not be able to enter dreams. Its a mystery as of now.) Absol, who is disgusted by Ren's self loathing and pity decides to start from scratch. He disregards Xatu's earlier training (perhaps because he doesn't like Xatu or because he's just angry. Maybe Aegeas might know >o>) Absol uses Ren's unstable emotional state against him and hits him right were it counts. Ren blames himself for his families destruction and for Frosts betrayal and pretty much everything bad that has happened because he sees himself as a negative entity, capable of destruction wherever he goes. Absol realizes that the solution to Ren's problem is that he must love everyone and anyone and charges him with doing that.

hopefully this makes sense. .3.

This is probably going to be short because I don't have much time to write this. Of course, I'll make sure to cover up any loose ends tomorrow. I'm not so lazy that I'll neglect to do such a thing. I just am....a little lazy. Yes, that's it. :P

@Tortwag: Who knew that being right could feel so...dismal? :P

Nah, I don't mind in the slightest. My brother is more interested in video games than I am, and I'm more interested in writing than he is. Therefore, it makes sense that he has a bit more skill than I do, and I don't mind. Like I'm ever going to challenge him again. XD

@AstralHunter: Hey, I'm not picking on her. :P That match was somewhat...awkward, to say the least. We struck up a conversation in the chat on here, and that led to us playing the game. Before I knew it, we were engaging in a battle. Of course, we kept saying the other would win, so it was more of a strange engagement between two people with low expectations. And I came out the victor. Therefore, I think I have the right to announce my victory. :P

Dang, six minutes pass by way too fast. Well, good-night everyone, and I'll probably see you....oh, probably about 12+ hours from now. I'm a little bit busy tomorrow, to say the least. >.>

@Charizard821 (Lol. That's how alike we are. Or maybe you see me as a pink lamb now? 'Cause thanks, but... No XD)
...Oh. Darn it. Oh well, I understand. Meh, no I probably won't be able to convince you.

As for post ideas, watch your PMs! Just sent you one with a few ideas.
Huh. That's a shame. Abra is literally the best Psychic type in Kanto, and Kadabra and Alakazam just keep gettin' better. Maybe you personally didn't hunt for one (that you can have along with thief quite soon), but let me tell ya, many trainers did, and I was part of 'em. Mostly 'cause I loved the concept of Psychic types, I wanted one. My brother, bein' a creep, went for a Hypno.

@TheSilverFox I know, right, and yeah no need to challenge him again, lol. Would be unfair at this point.

@Verser Bring it! UnderUsed Tier, NeverUsed Tier, OverUsed Tier, Uber Tier, I'm really for all of 'em!

Hooray, I'm back! Yes, I could've probably written this sooner. Yes, I'm slightly lazy. Yes, I'm done talking about that. :P

@Charizard821: Almost? I came close?

Darn, I failed. Therefore, I need to try harder. I will be victorious! :P

Okay, what I did was somewhat intentional. I wanted to describe at least one of my few victories, and I noticed the way you did it. So I decided to copy you because I'd also won against Buggie in the past and I didn't want to make it look like I was bragging about it. :P And it almost worked, too! XD

Oh...you want to battle? Why not; I managed to find 6 Pokemon in X who I consider competent enough for combat against other players. As for Legends, it all depends on what you want to do. If you want to use some of our Legends, that's fine with me, and the same goes for if you don't want to use them. I'd very much like to see the Kadabra. I can't entirely imagine trying to catch an Abra that knows Teleport and then training it solely by the move Thief. Obviously, it must've been hard. O_O

Well, I do remember having to go through a similar process in Pokemon White Version. I know that there was this forest place where I could find all kinds of Pokemon. Among them was Abra, and I had an incredibly hard time trying to catch. It would always teleport away before I could see, which was undoubtedly frustrating. Did I ever catch one? I can't even remember, it was so long ago. I do know that I know an Abra, but I can't be sure that I received it from trading or from my brother. Hmm...I ought to check sometime.

Anyways, I have a restricted amount of time that I can spend playing video games. I'll be available between 6:30 to 8:20 in the afternoon in my time (MST), assuming that my family is not attempting to spend all their time staring at the blue moon and that the allure of some of my other video games doesn't keep me from being available. Nonetheless, I'll make sure to be available at the time, if I can. Don't worry, my reliability is decent. For the most part. :P

@15253: Great! I now have a few ideas for what I want to write, and the conversation I plan on writing is starting to piece itself together in my head. I'll see what I can do. :D

So, @Tortwag's name is Glyphayel, and @Verser's is Chesyre. I'll keep that in mind once I'm ready, which currently, I am NOT. Tort, there is no way you'll be facing me soon. XD

@Charizard821, I am flattered that you hold me in such high esteem. :D

@AstralHunter I acutally use Torwtag or Glyphayel, so look for both whenever you join us in Showdown. And Char's right to hold you in that much of a high esteem, you're a tremendously dedicated analyst. AKA a scary person.

Also, just won the first UU Round! Watch the Spoiler!

Putting that aside, it's fine Verser, take your time, I'm kinda tired after these battles, and I have a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament tomorrow morning, so I'mma go to bed earlier than usual.

I doubt analysis can beat experience, as that episode with Ash and the Battle School proved. (Why is it not surprising that I didn't actually watch that episode, but read up on it? XD) But I thank both of you for your faith in me. Perhaps one day I can prove you right, but for now...

@Charizard821 Before saying anything relevant, I need to be sure of something:
-Um... So Moskito the Joltik "scurried away"? Please... Please don't tell me he left the cave. I... I need that little guy for something really important that I can't do without him. So if he did leave, could you perhaps... find a way to make the guy get back on Twinkiel's shoulder? Pretty please?

That aside, "lol" is the general conclusion of my feeling upon reading this post.

-That opening inner dialogue. Lol.
-Zulu still trying to worry about their cover when Riley's obviously troubled. Lol.
-Riley wanting to get the heck out but scared that Twinkiel would grab him and Enel Impact the heck outta him. Lol.
-Zulu trying to find excuses for the quite inexusable recent behavior of Twinkiel, and the guy's paradoxal loyalty towards his friends. Lol.
-Twinkiel being friendly to Sully after everything he's done. Lol.
-"You're welcome. But you're still getting trained." <--- Lol.

Hey, even if it was short, at least that post was giggle worthy, which is good in my book.

And it's perfect that we're still at 1:00Pm, since that means I can still stall a bit until Astral posts his thing. Heheh. Perfect.

The next posts will probably be the start of little training sessions, and I really can't wait for these.
