...huh. So landing in the the prison to train rapidly was my first plan, but I actually plan to land in the forest first and accidentally meet the Snake poke-tribe. I have a good reason for that, and it will most certainly be useful later if we need a place to hide. My posts will explain that for me.

However, I still planned to get myself captured (with a snivy as an NPC but actually, but I guess I'll save that little guy for later. So is it a possibility for me to end in the forest first please? Even if it's short: I have a plan to get myself and anyone else in and out from Mt.Providence. And now Imma start readin'

At last! I have posted. Hunter, Charizard, the rest of the dungeon is up to you. Remember Newton's Third Law of Motion! I expect Flurry to brag lots because she can use a special attack that will work much like a very weak rocket.

Also, if no one is going to Mt. Providence yet, then the dawn stone can wait. It won't be necessary for a long time.

@Charizard821 and @Buggiedude2340, this spoiler is for your eyes only, though, @Verser, @15253 and @Tortwag, you can read it as well, if you take into consideration "spoiler" is an extremely accurate term. (@Robusto's the boss, so he can read whatever he wants.) This is the plan so far:

Spoiler
Xerneas is being controlled by the Pixel Plate - that's been settled. However, as I wrote my post, I decided our characters shouldn't know that, since then they go the Enchanted Grove, go through the "Halls of Gravity" Mystery Dungeon, and the Dungeon proper, only to find a statue of a Mega Gardevoir. The "Plate" it will be holding is not a Plate at all, but some ethereal teleportation device to take them back to the temple-shrine-thingey. (I should mention that Gabriel meets an NPC Petilil here. May she come along?)

Once they return to the headquarters Frostpoint, Gabriel can rush to Cassandra, tell her he knows with what Xerneas is being controlled, and then he, Riley, Flurry and Shaymin (or without Shaymin, but she'll probably have to go along) can come up with the idea to find another Plate which they can exchange to the New Order. After some debating about which Plate it should be, they decide upon the Poison Plate. (Dark is too powerful to give to the NO, and so is Steel. There are no Poison Legendaries though, so it works perfectly.)

After a few days of research (I want our characters to train with Cassandra at least once), they discover the location of the Alchemist's Tower. Cassandra asks the Eon Duo (Latios and Latias) to take the adventurers there and wait until they return. (The Petilil, if she's allowed into the story, will stay behind at Frostpoint.) Keldeo is inside the Tower trying to find the entrance to the MD. Riley, Flurry and Gabriel must go in, but we can decide whether Keldeo or Shaymin joins them. (If Keldeo stays, it works, since he can defend himself the best, and therefore stand guard, but it also works if he goes along, since he could help with battling the Guardian and navigating the MD.)

After that, the story is still open. Keldeo will ask for a favour in return for helping our characters, but he doesn't have to request it immediately. And Gabriel will have Xerneas back, so yay! The search for him can then be called off, though I can imagine certain icy blue birds being furious... Wait, Yveltal can then also play larger role! (Maybe Gabriel can finally meet his nemesis...)

If you have any more questions... read the post again. -_-

PS: Charizard, since Buggie and I have posted already, you should make the next one. If fact, you could write the whole thing about the MD, I only request that you stop once they enter the Dungeon. (Also, I'll be editing my post now.)

Got it. Quick thing about Yveltal. My plans for him are about as complicated as your plans for Xerneas, and you may have to work your adaptability muscle again, Hunter. I'll get to my post ASAP, but I have exams coming up, so it may be difficult to post. If you have any questions about what I'm planning that won't spoil it, ask me. Also, is the MD they're in right now the Enchanted Grove, or something else? I reread your message, and I believe so, but I was just a little shocked to find a forest in the middle of a snowy wonderland. An underground forest, to add to the shock.

I'm pretty adept at adaptibility by now, so it won't be a problem at all, @Charizard821. You'll be happy to know that I addressed the matters of Riley's introversion and the total number of humans brought over. As for the Enchanted Grove, our characters are indeed in it. (But they only enter the Mystery Dungeon once they descend the staircase beneath Xerneas' statue. Oh, and could you please work the shard's description into your post?)

Furthermore, I understand that your exams have started, but I nevertheless request that you read my review on chapter five of your fanfiction - you have only read chapter six's review, and even then, your response was noticeably lacklustre...

Sorry, I usually send responses on my iPod, which doesn't type half as fast. I'll send you a PM ASAP on my computer detailing what I have to say about chapter 5 and 6. Also, I have not forgotten about your request to remove Gabriel's name from my most recent post, I just haven't gotten around to it.

Thanks, @Charizard821! I appreciate it. :D

@15253, perhaps you could rather have your character do some reseach on where the Palace of Flames would be, as I sincerely doubt they will be able to simply travel to an area an find the dungeon just like that. Besides, there are many ways through which you can make the story interesting, whether it be through character interaction or encountering wild/hostile Pokémon outside the dungeons. :smt031

For example, you could write a post entirely about interactions between the characters in your party as they worry about Frost's disappearance. You could also find something else for them to do other than search for Plates. Give them a quest! If this was a game, then finding the Plates would be the main plot, but the subplots often provide more satisfaction. This is a world of Pokémon - there are endless opportunities for adventure, so be creative! :smt045

So I'm about 3/4 done for the first page. No, I'm not slow, I'm just at school during most of the day XD
That aside, interesting story so far. And wooooooow, Darkrai sure got courageous since his cowardly ways to deal with things in PMD 2/3. Embodiment of Death. Pffff. He relly thinks he's the big boss now, doesn't he.
That aside, Totally agree to that interaction speech. That's one of the reason why I want to land on the forest and have a misadventure there first.
That and I'm pretty sure I'll be MUCH weaker than everyone else, but since Mareep evolves quickly I expect my character to evolve or at least be close to evolving by the time he regroups with the others.

@15253 Normally I'm posting tomorrow. If anyone else posts beforehand, go ahead.

ergh....ummmm woops. I kinda did a revelation scene but at least were not at the Palace yet >.>

I'll do the research in the next scene. I'm thinking Moltres will know a bit about the Palace since he advised against going there he obviously knows about it. :3

Wow. @15253, that was by far the shortest post the storybook has seen, yet! (Not a bad thing, though. You were likely in a hurry.) Also, here's an idea for a sub plot. Have a character get sick! I mean, with a fever or something. In big epic adventures full of danger and mystery, authors and directors tend to forget basic human (or Pokemon) needs, and the small things that could present problems. Have a character become so ill that you must venture to either the nearest outpost, town or city, OR have to go hunting for natural remedies in the Greatwood Jungle or Marsh of Light. It could also open up the opportunity to find more Plates in those places. :D

Wouldn't it be a BAND of Cacturnes, then? They usually track/hurt travelers in bands of 4 or 5.
...And follow their target 'til exhaustion. Talk about fun times. It's not specified what they do afterwards, though, but that could be a nice little tense situation, if that's what you guys are lookin' for.

Edit: Reached Page 2. Story's gettin' somewhere :D Love to see what our heroes all do while separated.
And HA, SUCK IT to Darkrai. If he wasn't taken i would've taken him as a nemesis. Too bad. Speakin' of which, what's with that all "Darkrai's the god of death", thing? He's the representation of Nightmares, but... He's not really Death... Is he?
