Just edit your original post to add the next chapter. The system I use for who gets reviewed first (Ita just does whatever he wants to review) goes as such: I take the piece at the top of the list which hasn't been done, review the current chapters, move onto the next one. When I'm at the end of the current reviews, I go back and look for new chapters. If there is a backup of new chapters, I will do the ones from those who posted first.
