The same road

PreviousNext
Walking up this pathway
seems so familair,
like the years gone past,
spring time still tries to break through
but the harsh winter holds it back.

Even my foot fall taps
to the same old beat.
If I close my eyes,
it could all be the same..

But despite appearences
nothing is the same.
Nothing can be the same.

We once walked this road together,
we basked in our joy.
But today I walk it alone,
To mourn you,
Dead.

You'd better wise up, Pony... you get tough like me and you don't get hurt. You look out for yourself and nothing can touch you, man.
