You shouldn't have stayed too long on the rhyming. It kills the piece.
I liked reading this.

I have to say I really liked this. The words you used and voice really stood out to me, and as said I really liked the last stanza and how you tied in sending letters.
Here is some suggestions I have -
This was mentioned, but I agree this line is a bit cliche. Also, it is lengthy compared to the rest of the lines and kind of breaks up the flow... and feels kind of awkward.
I didn't really see a point to say that it is Sunday, it is just kind of random. I think you could find a better way to say "I wish you could come and stay" to make it a little bit more interesting.
Other than that, I think you did a great job. Your vocabulary was great, simply I just really enjoyed reading this. Keep it up! =)
Hey Virsanity,
It's Fiction903 and I am going to review your poem. I thought that you did an okay job but I do have a couple of suggestions. My corrections will be in bold.
I love the last stanza of your poem. It is very descriptive. I thought your use of couplets made the poem seem bouncy and almost happy which did not fit with what you are trying to say.Where words rhyme in a poem effect the mood of the poem. Hopefully my review helps you.
Keep writing,
Fiction.
Hello
I love you're title and the last paragraph. What i disliked slightly was
Its just a little cliche, when describing things try to focus on your memories of such things. If this is what you're already doing than i would say just try and describe things a little more uniquely. I think this comes with experience. I didn't really like this Although its straight to the point it sounds a little too simple and almost sounds like you've just tried to rhyme these lines. What i loved about the last paragraph was it was very unique and well written. I love th idea that troubles can fly away when writing a letter.
Its a great length and the title represents it well and made me want to read it. There are moments of brilliance in this poem and i love the vibe/mood it gives. Just work on your describing, making it a little more unique, and making you're whole poem as good as the last paragraph. Also maybe try and incorporate some mataphors/ similes into you're writing.
Well done
