Spoiler! :
Moonflowers are my new obsession.. it's just a little something on their blooming :)

Hanging lifeless to the ground,
You had woken up so gently.
You bloomed under the ivory moonlight,
And spiraled up, in all your glory.

You lie under the winking lights,
And dance in the ruffling breeze.
Light, in the swallowing darkness,
You shine through with ease.

The pink sunrise will draw nearer,
You will crumple up under its weight.
The beautiful night will fold on you,
For the return of the moon, you will await.

I enjoyed this poem due to the vivid imagery and the flow of the piece. I can sit and imagine this flower that seem to sit in the moonlight. Absolutely beautiful

Wow. Very good imagery, very descriptive. I can picture the flower opening up at night and closing in the morning in slow-mow *laugh*. And the whole poem flows so well. Haven't I reviewed something of yours before? As stated above, there seems to be no real corrections needed here. Very nice!

Beautiful. I love this. Your imagery is fantastic and I don't think there's anything I think I need to correct. Great work. :)

P.S: I like moonflowers too.

I always knew that deep down in every human heart, there is mercy and generosity. No one is born hating another person because of the color of his skin, or his background, or his religion. People must learn to hate, and if they can learn to hate, they can be taught to love, for love comes more naturally to the human heart than its opposite.
