have you tried reading mangas?? there are lots of Romantic-Fantasy stories there.. and I quite recommend them.. "Yamato Nadeshiko Shichi Henge" or in English "Perfect Girl Evolution" is one hell of a good Romantic - Fantasy story.. And a comedy!. hehehe..
but if you really prefer books..
I know one besides twilight.. ^^
Dead and Dateless... <it's already the second book though>
Sorry I forgot who the author was.. my apologies.. ^^
Tamora pierce has fantasy and romance! You need to get past the first book in Song of the Lioness, but the remaining three have romance. And her other series have romance, in varying degrees.
A good fantasy story (Though pretty much devoid of any romance) is Stephen R. Lawhead's "Byzantium" and it's probably one of the coolest books I've ever read. Also, Lawhead's Pendragon Cycle series is an excellent fantasy seris that I just recently started, all of it based on the Arthur legend, but takes it in an interesting twist.
I know lots that you'd like! Hold on, I'll just go check out my bookcase a minute.
They're so much better!)

- City of Bones, City of Ashes, and City of Glass by Cassandra Clare (Amazing books! Her new series comes out in May. I'm so excited!)
- Anything by L.J. Smith, especially The Vampire Diaries! (And if you say that they're a copy of Twilight, as most people do, all I say to you is check the publication dates!
- Anything by Meg Cabot, especially The Mediator Series, Jinx and 1-800-WHERE-R-U series
- Dairy Queen series by Catherine Gilbert Murdock
If you read any of those, I'd love to hear what you thought! Feel free to PM me if you need more books also. See you around!
