My bottle had not always been full
I had not always felt this painful pull
I had been one that liked to dream
My happiness shined through a single beam

I did nothing to hurt anyone
no one did I ever shun
Just because I wasn't the same
That's why the cruelty came

I had no trust and no belief
with no one could I find relief
The only person I had was me
If only they could now see

What they had done to me
How they had destroyed me
Through the years came the final stroke
It fell upon the bottle and it finally broke

Every single emotion poured out
Those of insecurity and doubt
My mask had vanished
The uncaring attitude banished

The bottle is unable to hold
I hide it but at a price of cold
The emotions leak through the fault
As I taste the rolling tears of salt

I tried to always show I was strong
But now I know that I had been wrong
It had made me afraid and weak
It had made me shy and meek

I became defensive
I became offensive
I did it for protection
not for attention

The girl I was hates me now
she reminds me of the taken vow
I promised that bullying wouldn't change me
That I was myself and always would be

Now I feel as if there are two sides
my personality changes with tides
One is weak and filled with rage
One is determined and locked in a cage

The two sides continuously argue within me
arguing of what could've been and what could be
forever stuck in this turmoil
filled with sadness and toil

Bullying kills
sadness it instills
I only pity the young girl forced to change
I pity that at the given time, she was in range

Dogs love their friends and bite their enemies, quite unlike people, who are incapable of pure love and always have to mix love and hate.
