NaPo is the slang acronym for National Poetry Writing Month! Every April, poets and non-poets alike gather to write thirty poems, and maybe more, if desired! The tradition is to write one poem per day for the month of April, but if you're like me, you get busy or tired every night and forget, then play catch up later! Or you're like @PenguinAttack and slam down more than one per day. Any way works! The whole point of NaPo is to celebrate the love of poetry and work on improving and honing your skills.
So tell me: how's it going? Got a favorite poem of yours (or someone else's) you wanna share?
