I am one of the top reviewers of YWS, with over 3000 reviews! Because I was the first to break the star system, Nate put pigs for my review stars, since I love pigs so much. He is a great guy like that. Nowadays, I don't do many reviews, but if you ask for one, maybe I can help you?
As far as writing goes, I'm primarily a novelist with possibly way too many projects going on. My pet project is my fantasy series about magical Swans who accidentally start the apocalypse because they are the pettiest jerks ever... ooope. Though also, I am working on a fantasy novel called Soul Watchers about a princess taking back her throne after a coup, with the help of a dashing cooper who has wayyyyy more baggage than he initially lets on.
My favorite author is probably G.K. Chesterton. His fantasies and mysteries delight me and I devour any book that I come across that is by him. Still, my favorite book ever written is probably "The Brothers Karamazov" by Fyodor Dostoyevsky. Every time I read it, I love it more. The characters are wonderfully alive.
As for more personal stuff? I live on a hay farm, where I watch grass grow... literally. There I take care of my kids and tend to my garden. It's pretty fantastic, not gonna lie. In my previous life, I was a biochemical engineer, but... well... farming and taking care of kids is more awesome, basically.
