@WalkerForest1066 I suppose Zarash could get one, though I'm not sure how. He could hijack one I suppose, or steal/get one from the Jedi. Or he could go to to Coruscant and buy one. Just remember that the delta fighter he gets won't be as strong as Erik's one is powered by an allegation core giving mitt an edge in power and speed and weapon strength which the other ones won't have.
@LordZeus I mean, this is entirely up for discussion and I'm open to any and all ideas put forwards, but I was thinking that either he'd buy one somewhere on Coruscant or perhaps he would encounter Erik, Ro and/ or Grin at some random space station while he is on the run and buys one from Erik there.
And of course, I wouldn't think of having an identical ship to his Again, though all of this is only an idea that I thought I would put out for consideration.
@WalkerForest1066 I had an idea for Derryn Ordo and the Fidsmors, if you're interested. Eventually, Grin will decide to return Ebony to Anita, instead of delivering her to his black market contact, the Chiss, Eduno. She might want to hire a bounty hunter to find out why and where Captain Fidsmor has absconded with her property....
@AllisontheWriter I think that could work I'm assuming that at some point then, Grin will get Derryn off his trail and return Ebony of his own free will? I should let you know though, Derryn is more accustomed to kill/ capture bounties on single humanoid targets. He would most likely take the job after a small time of deliberation, but Anita should expect some certain amount of incredulity and/ or reluctance at what he might see as a pet detective's job XD. He will eventually accent the job though, when he comes to the realization that this is exactly what he wanted in the first place when he disappeared and changed his identity.
@WalkerForest1066 - Cool! I think so. So the person who'd hire him is my NPC, Trist'Eduno'Lunam, a vain Chiss noblewoman who isn't beneath using her underworld connections to get what she wants. (Grin met her in an early post.) Ebony escaped en route to Eduno (as she's called)'s private menagerie, and Anita found Ebony on Endor, chasing Ewoks. Eduno would want Derryn to bring back Ebony, and do whatever he pleases with Grin.
...Actually, she might want to turn Grin and Ro in to the Sith. She long ago figured out why Grin's been purchasing those Ysalamiri pills from her - he's hiding a Jedi-potential child. So she might want them both brought back to her alive as well.
Anita would feel greatly indebted to Grin after returning her cat, so she'd probably stand in between them and people with intent to hurt him or Ro. Just so everyone knows.
We are who we are, and if someone has a problem with that; that's their problem not ours. *** I do believe that insane is the only way to go.
This is a quick thing for everyone, Derryn is not a particularly good person, and credits are his driving force for acting on anything. In the case of trying to rescue Ebony, if Eduno doesn't tell Derryn to bring Grin and Ro in, he will most likely make the decision to let them deliver Ebony back to Anita themselves, but would still make an attempt to collect on a partial job done and credit himself with tipping Grin and Ro into "doing the right thing" and returning Ebony. If Eduno does ask for Grin and Ro to be brought in, however, Derryn will honor his first contract by returning Ebony to Anita, but will also capitalize on Eduno's interests in the two spacers by taking them (or trying to take them) to the Chiss.
I just updated my post from before - Grin and company are now officially heading to Myrkr. @TinyJarStoredDreams
What I'm thinking might happen is that the Jade Star is caught in a meteor shower (like the holonews forecasted) and crash-land in the forest and find their way to Dayoyme, who recognizes Jasek as a fellow Jedi.
Perhaps they'd hear her transmission, though it's very fuzzy, and come to the coordinates, thinking they'll find Anita. Only they find Dayo instead. What do you think?
@WalkerForest1066 btw I was just thinking that perhaps Derryn could also be hired by the Ardskulls to track down Erik, as he killed two of their members and humiliated them by stealing Ebony from them (they are one of the most powerful gangs in Coruscant, so they can't let that stand). Then he finds out that Erik is travelling with Grin, and thus he can kill two birds with one stone...What do you think?
@LordZeus The Ardskulls certainly seem like the type that Derryn would receive associate with, so I think that could work. Derryn is still on Coruscant at the moment, so maybe I'll work a deal into the next post I do for him with the Ardskulls.
