@GreenTulip couldn't the resistance steal vehicles, weapons and other gadgets from warehouses that are held for the robots where they keep their stuff? Most of the resistance people would still need to walk or whatevs though, and all the big stuff could be held for city takeovers or something.
And if so, wouldn't there be a head-technology guy that fixes, wires and takes off trackers?

The vechiles are not kept around most warehouses, as they are only for the robots with the highest authority. That means that cars and trucks would only be seen in the middle of major cities.
They do raid warehouses, but it is at abnormal times as to not get attention brought to themselves.
