Oh.
I was starting to get my suspicions that you might have killed him off, but I wasn't entirely sure - I thought you threw him in Clockwork Castle to develop him a little more for your overall story, but that makes a lot more sense. Megara did need a little push.
Would you be down for somehow slipping in that little idea I had? Maybe Skull can slip off - not to find Fidel, but because he can see Megara has other things on her plate.

That answered my question.
It just hadn't been in the way that Megara had probably intended.
Part of me had known that I might not see Fidel again - Megara didn't exactly have the nicest past time, and Fidel didn't really fit into her side of her world from what I had watched.
Hadn't fit into.
I had to make that correction. It hadn't entirely hit me yet, but I knew that the reason she was avoiding the question was because Fidel couldn't easily be found - maybe he was rotting in some forgotten street, or tucked underneath a grave in a decrepit graveyard.
I didn't know how I felt about that.
"What?" I teased, a feeling in my stomach I couldn't quite describe. "Are you afraid of me doing something stupid in the time it takes to get to the exit?"
