Izabella: Short, light brown hair and brown eyes. Light brown skin, medium nose. Short, about 5 feet tall. She is wearing a t-shirt and shorts swimsuit that is pink and sea green with a pair of rainbow and white-striped flipflops.
Izabella walked on the beach nervously carrying her beach mat and towel, regretting her forgetfulness of sunglasses. She awkwardly blocked her eyes from the sun as she tripped on her flip flops and landed face first in front of five people who seemed to be talking to each other. She awkwardly got up and brushed sand off her face.
"Oh, thanks... again," Railyn said, stifling a chuckle, and he turned to the lady and grabbed his sunscreen. "No decorating with my sunscreen. I feel like I'll need it more than a sandcastle..."
Merry snorted in amused, turning the page in his book. He was listening in to the conversation, of course, but he was more interested relaxing beneath his umbrella.
"You can use mine," he said, gesturing to the bag by his feet then flashed a shy smile in the lady's direction. "I have a very big bottle."
"With friends like you, who needs a medical license?" - Paimon, Aether's Heart
“It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission.” - Grace Hopper.
"Oh, I also have... paint..." Belladonna's voice dropped to a mumble as she blushed. Paint was probably a stupid idea for a sandcastle. "I'm um... gonna." She gestured aimlessly to the shore.

"Fair enough, first sunscreen dude. Don't burn. And thank you so much, second sunscreen dude! You are very cool." Purva plucked the (indeed quite large) bottle of sunscreen from the bag and grinned back at the guy under the umbrella. Looked like he was reading something. She craned her neck to see the title as she responded to the other person. "And... paint lady? Paint would be perfect, actually!" Adding color to her sandcastle? Now that was something she hadn't even thought of.
Merry gestured vaguely, attention back on the book he was reading. He lifted it enough for sandcastle lady to see the title--Advanced Sigilweaving: Nature Magic--and turned the page again.
"Go for it," he said, lifting one shoulder in a half-shrug. There were purple-tinted sunglasses sliding down his nose, revealing his eyes; one blue and one violet. "There's plenty of it to go around."

“It's easier to ask forgiveness than it is to get permission.” - Grace Hopper.
Purva dutifully held out the sunscreen to the new awkward lady with cool flipflops. Also... huh. "Is that a good book?" she asked, nodding towards the Advanced Sigilweaving: Nature Magic. Was it, like, the bogus tarot stuff? Or actual magic? She'd never experienced anything unexplainable, but who was she to say magic wasn't within the enormous realm of possibilities of this universe...
Purva immediately adopted her lecturing-a-newbie voice. She'd had much practice with that at work. "I believe sandcastles are one of the highest artistic and scientific pursuits. The act of pure creation... combined with the engineering required to bring your imagination to life in all its functional glory... It's marvelous!" She whipped out a large set of blueprints from her tote bag. On them was shown a monstrosity of a castle, with numerous towers and arches and a drawbridge and even a few trees doodled in.
