#0 has this lovely beat and flow and play in those lines, and it is wonderful to read that flow and catch of inspiration, plus "universe undoing its knots" is so brilliant as both a line and a concept!
#1 in contrast is immediately political, immediately serious. What a range you have shared with us. I am taken by the lines of the broken window and the moon, and I definitely feel a lot of pain and tragedy, the mourning of a home feels as strongly as the morning of a person - it is very much still the loss of memories and bonds and the roots of whole groups of people. The narrator who is writing from the heart and from experience is a valuable observer. Those lines "Syria is a survivor's accent" kills me.
#2 is also lovely and almost mythical. It evokes old songs and stories and faraway ancient, historic places, I loved that mix and matching of cultures.
