10564. Finally broke 10,000. This makes me very happy, as I have remained ahead of schedule for five days in a row, the first five days of NaNo. I've figured out that as long as I keep writing at least a little bit each day, it stays on my mind and I'm more likely to write more the next day. Even when I don't have time... which is what NaNo's all about, right?

Here's hoping I beat last year's wordcount!

I just hit 14,345 and I'm a bit stuck because the chapter that I had planned to come next, I just realized... uh... doesn't come next.

So now I get to kind of put together a splattering of scenes real quick to make up the chapter before I go back to my plans. It shall be interesting, I'm sure.
