Post your wordcount!

And I'm finishing the fourth day at just under 6,000 words, and half way through Chapter Three.

Also, I'm under a 1,000 words behind my target - I'm catching up .

11,382 currently. I'd hoped to make it to 12,000 tonight, but it's late and this scene isn't going so well... my two MCs are supposed to be getting to be friends right about now and all the one girl seems to want to do is exasperate the other. *sighs*

On the other hand, I think that I can swing it around without having to back up at all. I just need to sleep on it.

And besides... there's always tomorrow.

I just hit the half-way mark with 25,027 words. Yayness!

Cassie, you're insane. And slightly scary. O_o

27,500 (but I cheated)

Haha, how?

I'm about 1500.

GAH!

*curses Cassie- in good humour, of course *

I'm supposed to kill off a character today, but I don't think I'm quite strong enough for that yet. Poor me.

I'm at about 12k- not bad, considering last year I was in the three thousands around this time.

He started with an existing story, methinks, lol.

Cassandra -- you rock.

I took a days break, and now I feel really behind, despite still being on 16,000ish lol.

EDIT: Just did some more so I don't feel so bad. 18,615.

I'm at 6052 and about to begin my first session of the day. A new character has appeared in my mind...

Snoink--Indeedy. XD

Sam--*is cursed* Hee hee!

Jack--Thanks! You're pretty rockin' yourself at 18k. Good stuff!

Zany--Yay for new characters!

I don't think I'll get as much writing done today as I did yesterday, because I can't stay up until 1 AM for school tomorrow, I still have to get some homework and studying done, etc. Plus, I haven't done my morning writing and it's 11:30. I'm such a slacker!

Correction: I am now at 8366! I've actually ended up with three new viewpoint characters. And it ended perfectly, with them all going to sleep.

Dern amazin'. And I'm ahead of schedule by 31 words!

Another correction: I'm now at 20,061. Yay! I hit 20k!

And as for random new characters, I have an unplanned guy who suddenly appeared as my MC's friend. I actually like him!

At the moment everything is going nice in one of my MC's world, and horrible in the other, but they're just about to switch ...

After a rough start this morning, I reached 30,665, which surpasses my goal of 30k word count at the end of today.

At the end of day five, I am at 7,600 words (not much compared to some here, but I'm pleased with it so far ).

This is fun .
