Then I glace over at the new guy and flash a smile. I walk back to Xane and sit down, still looking at the new guy. I knew he had some kind of power but I didnt know what it was.

"Hey where's my soda?!" I yell again, I look over my shoulder feeling eyes staring at me. I began to get paranoid almost considering to leave feeling my pursurs already near by,

"damn." I said to myself quietly.

I felt my father's power begin to burn in my hand, I cuff my hand quickly and put it out before anyone notices.

I quickly escaped the erge to look at the guy. I got up from the table and walked to the bar. "whiskey?" i asked sweetly for a drink from the bartender.

I looked at the girl who came over to the returning bartender, she was beautiful for a normal girl but the way she looked at me said otherwise. I had fought monster's before and I was careful of ones the disguise themselves as regular mortal's, I lower my hand out of sight from her's fire restarting in it.

"Yea bartender get me a pepsi while your at it." I said causously.

I glanced at the man. Did he think I was evil? Im not. Im actually a vampire/goddess so I cant really BE evil. I am the daughter of Aforodite, after i got sent to the real world I got turned into a vampire but I swore I would never hurt anyone.

I sat down at the stool and played with my fingers. This guy walked in the bar.

"crap..." I whispered under my voice as i slouched and put my hood over my head.

I looked over my shoulder. "hes here." I got out out my chair and hid behind the bar.

He sniffed then started walking around, i cleared HIS mind. He all of a sudden walke out of the room. I let my breath go as i walked back over to the bar and got my drink.

The drinks came around, my eyes still on the girl.

"whiskey for the miss, pepsi for the young man." The bartender said.

I could feel the flame in my hand die out as a I grabed the pepsi the bartender slid over. I turned back to the counter and opened it, I watch the girl from the corner of my eye.

He was watching me. Why?

I smiled as i formed a fireball in the midfle if my fingers, playing with it. I laughed. I took a swig of the drink.

I took a sip of my pepsi, I knew she knew I was watching her, to my surprise she was playing with a fireball. My curiousity started to push itself, I began to make small talk.

"fine day were having." I said stupidly.

it was cold, dark, and raining out. my senses were dulled out right now, if I were attacked by a monster now, I would surely loss, and if this girl turned up as a monster who knows what else she had up her sleve.

I laughed.

"yeah.. Im used to it most of the time." I smiled at him.

I took a sip of my drink. I pushed my hair out of my face.

I looked at him. "so, you think I'll hurt you? I can read minds you know..." I said with a quick smile on my face. " And I dont hurt people, unless they hirt someone I love"

I took a longer drink from my pepsi, this was an intreasting conversation so far. I put the half drunken can back on the counter.

"sorry for staring I get uncomfortable when I feel theres monster's near by, my insticts only proven half right." I said,

"It's alright." I said smiling. I took the last sip of my drink then slid the bill to the bartender. I got up from my stool then walked back over to where Xane was at the table.

"Great another gal I creeped out, just wonderful" I think to myself. I take another long drink from my can and slid the bill over to the bartender.

"Listen I don't suppose ya have a spare room do ya? I'm going to need one for the night." I said.

"Yea I do, but it ain't cheap." The bartender said.

"Yea, yea how much?" I said. Pulling some gold coins from my pocket.

"Five, ten, if your planning on staying longer." The bartender said.

"Yea here, listen theres a bounty hunter after me, if you keep quite theres an extra ten in it for ya." I said shaking my hand full of gold coins.

"Will do then, fourth room on the right." The bartender said smugly.

I got up and walked down the open hall and headed into my room.

I watched the guy as he walked toward the room. I gazed around the tavern. Sooo bored. I sigh. Looking at the table I get up and run to the guy that was about to open his room. "hey, I never caught your name. Im selene." I said smiling.

I was reaching for the door nob, when the girl came running, I wasn't expecting to talk to anyone for the rest of the night.

"Luis, Luis Stoddard, it's great to meet you I guess?" I said.

I slowly turned the nob until the door finally clicked open.

I smile while walking away. I laugh to myself.
