The Sound Of Silence The sound of music has been one that man contemplate as a source of connection between all humankind, as if music, in itself, calls people to join together in one flurry of sound. That connection drives me to create this storybook. Plot: Basically, I am trying to create an orchestra of people from all over the world. Your character can play any instrument from the list below, be of any nationality, and yeah. The idea is that this is a very prestigious group of musicians, ones that the world has never seen the likes of before. I want to show some of the rocker side, some punk, some street. Create a clash of music that is grand and yet silent because it is music of words. So yeah, basically, create a character with a specific personality and give them some interesting traits. Some of this and that and show us a different person. Maybe not the 'classic' musician but give us a history of why they may have been chosen for this group. This plotline takes place in the bustling city of New York, but that may change if relevant to how the plotline may or may not move. Characters: Okay, so I am being a little strict on this section because I don't want to have any repeats. What I need is: Necessary (The ones in red have not been claimed) -Bass Player -Guitarist -Cello Player -Violinist -Drummer -Saxiphone Player -Flute player Unnecessary: ~Harp Player ~Clarinet Player ~Oboe ~Trumpet Player Profile: Please, when signing up a character, write this specific information :D. Name: (Last name then first) Age: Gender: Nationality: Instrument: (Make sure it is not already claimed) Appearance: (Pictures are acceptable) Personality: History: Other: Rules: -No God-modding. This does not include, though, extraordinary skills at instruments. -There is love throughout this bit so please keep it under PG-13. -Very little swearing is allowed. -No killing off someones character without their permission (which I highly doubt you would) -Be realistic. This is a normal day storybook. ~~ My own character is this: Name : Kiyoshi, Fuyuhiro (Name meaning the wise and generous winter (Hiro for short)) Age : 17 Gender : Male Nationality : Japanese Instrument : Piano Appearance : This is him! He has black hair and dark brown eyes. Paler skin and usually wears hoodies so and large headphones. Personality : He's very quiet and usually keeps to himself. Is often shy and stays away from people but when his fingers hit the piano keys everything he feels spills into the room. He uses his instruments to express what he cannot say. History : Hiro grew up in the sprawling city of Tokyo with his father Kiyoshi Kazuhiro. His mum died when he was young, but she left a legacy in which he fufilled throughout his strange childhood. Since his father was the owner of a large corporation, Hiro was often left with sitters and nannies who would watch him from afar as many tutors would expand his learning. Between cram school and late night study sessions, Hiro found his only enjoyment in the piano which he was only allowed to play for an hour a day. By the time he turned 16 he had mastered Beethovens 23 sonata and was constantly sneaking away from his studies. One night, when his father came home early, he heard Hiro playing and was shocked and bewildered. Being a business man, he knew this was not something he could pass up and quickly began publising his son. The piano became not only his passion but his job. In less then a year he found himself in America, searching for work in the vast city of New York and that was where he found the orchestra. Other : Up for love! Also, he's allergic to cats XD.
