So I guess this is where I start.

I was reading around with rules etc and I figured this was the best to place to introduce myself.

I'm April and I found out about this forum through a literary agent who said my writing was fantastic but they unable to effectively represent me. I do not know whether this is just standard rejection email or not but I like how they gave my advice to come here and meet other young writers.

Welcome to YWS April. The literary agency was smart to point you here. YWS is a great place to help your writing grow and flourish. Though, it is preferred that you review two works for every one work you submit. This helps stop a huge build up of unreviewed works and hes take up some of the slack left by those horirid people who post all of their woks and don't even bother to at least make one helpful comment about someone else's work. We used to have a points system that prevented that, but due to site renovations, that system is yet to be re-implemented.

If you need any help getting around, there is a FAQ here. If you can't find your answer in the FAQ, feel free to ask a member - most are more than happy to help. Also, take note that if someon's name isn't blue, they're either mods or admin, or ex-mods or ex-admin.
