Jane handed me her phone. She'd been antsy ever since talking with Will outside, and her eyes seem red around the edges.

"Oliver's chatting with me about you. You should talk to him."

"Oliver?"

"Tall, British guy. Dropped me off last night after the party to your house."

"Oh yeah." I take the phone, scrolling through the conversation.

My heart is thumping. I've only ever dated one guy, and that was after many years of crushing and being play buddies. Oliver is asking me to just go with it, just go with the fact that I've barely met him

Wanna see me again?

My heart stops. Kristen and Avery are still crying over the end of Titanic, and Jane has cuddled into a sleeping bag.

I stare at his profile picture again. On another glimpse, in the light, he actually does have pretty attractive cheekbones. He's also British. I sort of doubt he's the gentleman sort of British, but I am the problem child. I smile at the screen.

You're British. Is there another answer?

As I'm waiting for him to reply, the movie ends. Avery moves next to me.

"Whatcha doin?"

"Getting asked out by Jane's British friend online."

Avery squeals. "What did you say?"

"I said yes."

"Now we all have boyfriends! We could quadruple date!"

Jane's phone dings. Haha, smart. When are you available?

"What's going on?" This is Kristen.

"Lacey's dating that British guy, Oliver!"

Kristen eyes me, surprised. "Did this... just happen?"

"Yeah," I mutter before responding back.

This weekend. I still have to go to school, so the weekdays usually won't work, but I have no life on the weekends.

He responds back almost immediately. I'll do my best to change that. ;)

Jane gets up, eyeing me. "You and Oliver? He's a good guy, but," she eyes my stomach for a moment before flitting back up, "a tad promiscuous."

Kristen snorts. I like Jane, for the most part, but that last comment reminded me of her brief pregnancy from Drake. "I'm sure we'll have plenty of fun."

Avery laughs, and I type in my number, Call me, kay? I'm giving Jane's phone back to her now.

I toss Jane back her phone. "Thanks," I mutter.

"Yeah, sure."

I look around the room; Jane crotchety, Avery brimming, and Kristen somewhere in between.

I don't think that quadruple date thing would work too well.
I have loved the words and I have hated them. I only hope I have made them right.

"I don't see why this is a bad thing Kris. You don't want anything to do with him. Lacey is probably lonely as all types of hell because Allen is nowhere to be found. And...you have Micheal." I watch as her face changes. From a deep frown to blank eyes while she gnaws on her bottom lip. Either thinking or blocking me out I guess.

"Why can't I stop thinking about Oliver, Avey? Why can't I stop thinking about Emmett? Why is Micheal so perfect but not enough?" I stare at her with wide eyes.

"You've fallen for one of them. But knowing you...both of them. Emmett is the forbidden fruit. You want him because you can't have him. But...why Oliver, Kristin?" She shrugs her shoulders, her eyes beginning to build up with tears. I sigh.

"Can I tell you a secret Kris?" I ask Kristin quietly. She nods her head slowly.

"Leo is staying down in the east hall. He's been living here for the past week, since his foreign exchange account ran out. He should be back in france. His apartment building burnt down though...a few weeks ago. When he called his landlord preparing to go back home though...well he has no home." I stop for a second and wait for her to say something but her jaw remains on the floor. I continue. " He's been using the east kitchen. His room is all furnished. He'll be staying here...until he gets on his feet. My parents know. I just...I just didn't tell anyone else." I feel like an incredible weight has been let off of my chest.

"So...are you cheating on Will?" She asks slowly, her eyes widening.

"NO! No, of course not! Leo is my friend. My best friend actually. He gives me advice when I need it. And we cuddle sometimes. But thats it." I sigh. "I just thought that...well you seemed to have needed advice. And Leo is the best at advice. So..." she sighs, and looks down at her fuzzy socks thinking.

"Sometimes I forget about the two other kitchens. I mean who needs three kitchens Avey?" She rolls her eyes while I laugh.

"Your family has two kitchens." I say pointedly, to which she rolls her eyes.

"The left wing kitchen, and the right wing. We don't live in a fucking palace though." She says, looking around the dining room where she dragged me to talk. The place is pretty amazing. Nobody even knows how big the whole house is. Every time I have parties, or just invite people over, I always lock the large double doors on both sides of the central housing, leading to the east and west wing. I still have yet to bring anyone other than Kristin through the whole house. Leo is the only one to know that we even have an east wing, let alone a west wing. All three wings have the capacity of a large mansion, each holding two dining rooms, a living room, a large kitchen, its own staircase, and five to six bedrooms on the second floor with their own adjoining bathroom and walk-in closet. I still have yet to know how much this place costs. And the only reason why no one asks about the size from the outside is because both the east and west wing extend towards the back of the house, which is hard to see because of the bordering trees and hedges blocking the immensive view. So although the place from the outside may not look like a palace, the sheer size can challenge many.

" I'll go to him." She says with a sigh. "But I swear if I get lost..." I slap her arm playfully.

"Oh you know...I actually saw Jane with Will earlier outside." For a second I feel a quick burst of anger, and then a sharp pain in my stomach. I shrug it off and take a deep breath. Hiding the shakey feeling I feel beginning to grow, that I know will only get worse until I do something about it.

"Thats fine. We had a talk and...I trust Jane." I say with a smile. She smiles back at me, her blue gray eyes sparkling.

"Oh Avey thats wonderful! I love Jane and you will soon too, kay?" I nod.

"I'm gonna smoke really quick though kay?" She looks at me strangely for a second. "Only a cig!" She nods and then hugs me tightly.

"I love you baby boo." She whispers into my ear. I squeeze her and hug her delicate frame tightly.

"I love you too." I say, and walk out of the front door as she walks upstairs. I walk over to our traditional cotton rope hammock, not feeling the twenty five degree cold at all, and sigh, feeling guilty as I take out the tin case and open it up. I roll a joint, light it and exhale trembling. My hands keep shaking. I look down at them, in the dim light reflecting from the moon. In the same tin case I take out my exacto razor and lift up my night gown, all the way to my upper thigh. I slowly and deeply press the razor to my thigh and release a quick breath as I draw out a perfectly straight line. I let out a soothed sigh and look down at the multitude of cuts there. The newly made one is bleeding heavily, a few clots escaping. I look down at my hands again. They've stopped shaking.

After finishing the joint, I walk back inside and rush into the bathroom where I quickly get the first aid kit. I rinse the cut with alcohol not cringing at the burning sensation, only dully feeling it. When I dry it I quickly bandage it and walk out of the bathroom. Before I walk into my room I plant a smile on my face and walk in.

As everyone talks and gossips I think to myself. I don't know why or when I started. I just did. The only one who knows about it is Leo. And thats only because he caught me when I was swimming in the indoor pool in the basement the first week he moved in. He saw the cuts, and how sad I was. Something that neither Kristin or Will seem to see. Its not like Will would know about it. We haven't had sex in...I don't know how long. I just don't know what to do. As everyone begins to fall asleep, I continue to stay awake. Thinking about that white stick in the trash can in the garage. The white stick with the purple cross.

William Franco

"You need to take deep breaths," The nurse told me.

I looked up at her and nodded, still nervous as always. No matter how many times I come here, I still get extremely anxious. It's scary.

The nurse measured my blood pressure and looked at the dial as she pumped. The room looked as sterile as always, walls were all white and even the smell was all hygienic and uncomfortable. At least they managed to keep the look of the hospital up to date, making it minimalist and modern.

"How is everything? Getting better?" she asked as she pulled the sleeve off my arm.

"I guess, it's been only six months." I replied with a weak smile.

"Well, I can give you this. You're intact. You're healthy."

"If you call this healthy..."

She gave me a smile than stood up from her chair, grabbing the clipboard from the counter. There are a lot of young people working here, my doctor told me they are interns or just people studying.

"Will, you are good to go. Just remember to go upstairs." she said, looking over at me.

"Right."

And I went.

Knocking on the door, my doctor called me inside. I was ready for my normal routine. A short chat. A few questions. Just to see I'm not crazy. Or crazier than I already am. I sat down on one of the couches and waited for him to finish typing something up on his laptop. He looked up, his eyes glancing over his glasses. I proceeded to sit down and let myself sink into the comfy couch.

"How are you doing?" he asked.

"Better..." I sighed, running my fingers through my hair.

"Tell me about your month."

"Nothing happened." I started. "Just the normal. I went to school, went to work, hung out with my friends. It's really normal."

He shut his laptop and looked up at me. Something in his face looked like he wasn't convinced. Well, he is my doctor so he knew exactly how I was.

"I feel lost sometimes... like always." I added.

"Of course, it's difficult. It'll take a while."

"You said it'll take a while a while ago. I wanna be okay." I suddenly blurted out.

A silence spread between us as I felt awkward. I touched my chest and felt my heart racing, I didn't even feel it without touching.

"I know William..."

"You know, yet you can't help me! I'm still boggled and it fucking sucks!"

"It's not easy and it won't be quick. We talked about this before. I can't help you if you can't help yourself.I know you are trying your best, but you have to try harder. You need help, I know that, but you need to help yourself first before you get any help. You are trying so hard, it's great. But now, try to find yourself." he paused, thinking a bit. I looked over at him. "Go somewhere. Do something extreme. But not too extreme."

I actually smiled. He gave me a smile back and moved his glasses off his nose and onto the desk.

"You need to be alone. It's a scary thing, yes, but you need to realize what's real and what's not. Go."

And he always said go when we were done, but this time, he meant it differently. I sighed and stood up, walking right out the door.

Oliver Hemingway

I drove by the house I was at just two days before. It looked the same and made me excited. Finally, a girl I could be with. It's been too long. And she was beautiful.

Honking the horn, I looked out my window and waited for Lacey. Just a minute later and the door opened. She looked out and waved at me. Then, she peeked back inside the house, and walked back towards the car. I stepped out of the car, letting the cold air hit my face. She slowed her pace once she was just a few feet away.

"Hello, Lacey." I smiled.

A twinkle came to her eye as she got closer. I crossed my arms over my chest and watched her.

"Hello Oliver," she said. Just her talking made me antsy.

She stopped just in front of me and smiled. I took her in, she had on a sweet brown peacoat and grey Uggs. I could tell she was wearing something other than pants because she had on some black tights. God, I couldn't wait for her to take off her coat.

"Ready?" I asked.

"I don't have all day, Brit." She smirked.

I took her hand in mine and led her to the other side of my BMW, opening the passenger door for her. Having her hand in mine, wow. I couldn't believe how right it felt. She sat right down inside and I shut the door once she was comfortable. I got to my side and got inside, turning the key in the ignition.

"What do you listen to?" I asked.

"Oh, just surprise me." She answered.

***

The only thing I wanted for her was to be surprised. And she was. Which made me surprised, because, well, I don't think I look like the kind of guy to disappoint.

We were at my beach house. I used to live here on my own when I decided to discover myself apart from my family. It was when I was in high school. This place is owned by my grandparents. They were pretty loaded and owned a few places in America as well in Europe. When they heard that I wanted to live on my own, they managed to get me this place out of some weird pity and they wanted to prove my parents something. I didn't care, at least I had this getaway.

"It's so pretty here." Lacey said.

"You've said that for the millionth time tonight." I laughed.

She looked at me, her eyes tracing my face. "I mean it though."

I let my hands travel to her hair, then to her face. I started to trace her lips with my fingers.

"You're so beautiful, you know that?" I asked.

A blush started to form on her cheeks as I moved closer to her on the couch. We sat in front of the fireplace. It was so romantic, it was cheesy. But somehow, I knew she'd like it. And I shocked myself by doing this anyway.

I moved in for a kiss. But she stopped it by placing her hand on my lips, I opened my eyes and saw the concern on her face.

"What is it, Lacey?"

"Don't." she paused. "Just... this is quick."

"Come on Lace, you know this is right." I smiled.

"You're just scared." I added.

She nodded, not even looking at me, she let her head hang down. I touched her chin, and lifted her head up. Now, her eyes were stuck with mine, and we stared at each other.

Jane Wills

"Emmett!! Where are you?" I yelled in his house.

I just helped Lacey get ready for her date with Oliver. So, now it was time to be with my boyfriend. I stepped out into the hallway of the second floor and walked into Emmett's room. Sadly, he wasn't there. There was just his bed, his desk, his stuff. But something felt so wrong. I looked about, just checking to see if something was off. Nothing was off. Then I found his laptop.

And there was something opened on it. I am not the type to peek. I trusted Emmett. But I felt so weird. I turned around and just checked to see if I was alone. Then, I sat at his desk and took a quick read. It was an e-mail. An e-mail from Kristin.

Hey Emmett,

I feel really sorry for what happened. I just didn't know what would happen. We were both drunk, high, and I'm sorry I took advantage of that. Can we meet? So I could apologize face to face? I really love Jane, she's the greatest friend I've had in such a long time and I did not want to hurt her. So I just want to stuff this into the past.

Kristin :)

What exactly happened? Why would she be sorry? Why would our friendship be on the line? Did she really use Emmett? Did they... no.

"What's going on?" I whispered to myself.

I stood back up and took a few deep breaths. He wouldn't cheat on me. I'm the bitch of the relationship. But I've been so good to him. I actually love him and never cheated on him. Ever. So, I guess I deserve this. I deserve to feel the pain I've given. Actually, I never cheated on anyone I've dated. I've just had a suckish life with suckish decisions.

He wouldn't cheat on me though. I got out of the room and walked back downstairs, walking to the front door. Maybe he was with her now. I just needed some rest.

"Thanks for meeting with me." I say with a smile and then sigh. All he does is nod and sit in the chair across from mine, at the cafe we decided to meet at. "I..." I didn't know what to say. I was so guilty, it literally felt like an iron weight on my chest. "I-I'm so sorry." I say quietly looking down at my folded hands on my lap. Emmett sighs.

"Honestly, I hardly remember a thing Kristin. I remember you kissing me. Me kissing you...once. But I was high. High as all types of hell. And honestly, I had no idea what I had been doing. I love Jane. I mean i'm head over heels for her. That hasn't changed, and i'm pretty sure it won't anytime soon." He says this all with determination while looking in my eyes. I nod.

"I'm gonna go now. Thats all I wanted to say. I hope that we can still be friends. And...i'm also gonna tell Jane. Don't worry, I won't mention that one accidental kiss you gave me. I'm pinning it all on me. So...don't worry about your relationship." I can see that he's about to say something, but I quickly get up and rush out of the cafe and into Averys car. She looks at me and doesn't say anything. She only nods and begins driving around until I feel comfortable enough to tell her everything.

@Desticakes: Do you realize that Kristen is pinning for Emmett, Lacey's brother and Oliver, Lacey's new boyfriend? That's a tad amusing and something we should exploit is it not?
This will be a lot of Lacey fangirling over cheekbones because... cheekbones!

Lacey Lopez

This should stop being perfect. Right now, the perfection should just shatter to pieces. I know it will, I know it has to. Oliver is too British, with too nice a Beach house and too perfect hair. I'm used to a bit of lower middle class poverty and a boy with too-long curly hair and a roguish grin.

God, though, he has hell of some nice cheekbones. I want to reach out and trace them, and after some deliberation, I do.

He smiles again, and I have to grind my teeth, trying to pull myself from being swept away in a glittering current. I search for his eyes; grey, with a British 'e', the color of a stone cold London day.

"Oliver?"

"Yeah?"

"How old are you?"

He stops, as though a bit cold. I hate to bring realism to the sparkling London his eyes. "Twenty-One."

Five years. A long time; a lot can happen to make a person, to change a person, in five years. I was a child compared to him.

"I'm only seventeen."

"So? What's the difference in five years?"

I can't tell him that I'm thinking a thousand different things, all circulating around a broken merry-go-round in my head. All my contradicting truths: his promiscuity, his cheekbones, his beauty, my own heart.

I stop looking at him, glancing into the waters through the windows. I can picture the two of us going out there, stripping down in the freezing weather, splashing each other. I can also see his face fall when he figures out. I've pretended what is happening isn't, and I will continue to do so. One month. One, beautiful month.

I look back over to him. "You'll go slow for me?"

He seems to understand. "Sure, if that's what you want."

I nod, moving over to him. He wraps me in his arms, placing my head under his chin.

We stay there for awhile. "Have you ever done a polar bear dive?"

@Nike: Never cheated on Emmett, hey? (*What of Will, your plot twist?*)
Emmett Lopez

Though Jane is in the house, I leave it on receiving the email. Her and Lacey are getting fancy for Lacey's date with some Brit (though I have a haunting suspicion I have already made myself a fool in front of him.) I have crossed my fingers for Lacey not to get hurt again, but I'm a bit consumed in my own problems.

I drive to the coffee shop, trying to remember what happened. I remember being knocked out, and Kristen taking care of me. It was the first time I'd been remotely high, and everything was a blur of lips; I can't track whose.

I get to the café, where Kristen sits, coffee untouched on the table."Thanks for meeting with me. "I-I'm so sorry."

This was the café where Kristen flirted with me as I tutored her. I wonder f there were implications there I may have missed. I turn my lips over in my mouth. I can remember what happened now, or enough so that Kristen can hear what she wants.

"Honestly, I hardly remember a thing Kristin. I remember you kissing me. Me kissing you...once. But I was high. High as all types of hell. And honestly, I had no idea what I had been doing. I love Jane. I mean I'm head over heels for her. That hasn't changed, and I'm pretty sure it won't anytime soon." My words are to make us both feel better. I know how Jane felt, that first day, the empty guilt like a weight on one's chest.

Kristen nods, then stands. I'm gonna go now. That's all I wanted to say. I hope that we can still be friends. And...I'm also gonna tell Jane. Don't worry, I won't mention that one accidental kiss you gave me. I'm pinning it all on me. So...don't worry about your relationship."

I think of Jane, back at my house, and begin to say something, but Kristen is already gone. Her coffee sits on the table, cooling. I, too, get up, tossing the coffee into the trash and driving home.

Jane is wandering out to her car as I get there.

"Jane!" I roll down my window, yelling at her.

She looks at me numbly, and I park my car, something stirring in my stomach.

She waits for me, and I walk to her.

"Hi." She does not look at me. "Where were you?"

"I..." I realize now, too late, that I have taken Kristen's job from her. "met with Kristen."

Jane's whole body deflates. "I've never done anything to you, Emmett! You did a lot for me, and I know that, but I've been so good for you! Don't you know that?"

"Jane! What are you talking about?"

She looks directly at me. "Are you cheating on me?"

My mouth dries up. "No! Jane! God, no! What made you think that?"

She doesn't completely believe me. "Your email. Kristen sent you an email."

"That was... At the party, you know, Drake knocked me out, so Kristen took care of me. I was nauseous, high, miserable... I, you know, don't remember anything, but Kristen said we kissed and felt bad about it, but it's not cheating because I love you."
I have loved the words and I have hated them. I only hope I have made them right.

*I wanted the Will thing to be something they did but they stuffed it so back in their memory that they don't ever bring it up. They did kiss, but it's so random that they don't dare bring it up.*

Jane Wills

It wasn't far to Emmett. It really wasn't. I shouldn't be yelling at him. He didn't intentionally kiss her. God, he loved me more than I loved myself. And those brown eyes that were staring at me, I couldn't not believe him.

"I'm sorry," I said, defeated.

I let my head hang, so I looked at the driveway. It was black and new, freshly paved. I didn't want to think right now.

"Jane," he said.

He placed his hand under my chin and pulled my head up so I could look at him. There was sorrow in him. All I could think when I looked up was sorrow. Sadness. And, was it pity? No. He doesn't feel pity. He wasn't smiling and his hair was crazier than it ever was. He must have ruffled it one too many times.

"Of course you wouldn't cheat on me." I huffed angrily. "Why would I think that?!"

Sighing, he ran his hand through his hair again and looked at me. I took his other hand in my own and squeezed it.

"What's with you and Will?" The way his voice sounded made me cringe. It was sad and weak, nothing like Emmett.

"What do you mean?" I couldn't look at him.

He took a deep breath in as I managed to keep my eyes on his. I just let myself sink into the very thought of Emmett. His soft lips, inviting eyes. The hugs he gave me were just remarkable. No one could hug like Emmett could. No one.

"Jane, don't bullshit."

Emmett doesn't swear. I never heard him swear. Especially to me.

"Nothing is going on with Will and I." I replied, feeling tears rim my eyes.

"I know you Jane. And I know that there was something going on." He said. "Just at the very mention of his name you get all weird."

"Emmett, I swear."

He pulled his hand away from mine and stood still, looking at me. It's like he was staring at a whole other person. I felt naked. I started to shake, so I crossed my arms over my chest and took deep breaths.

"I love you Emmett,"

"You say that..." he took a breath in.

"And I mean it." I finished for him.

"Then why did you kiss him?"

I shut my mouth and looked at him. No one saw us kiss. We didn't... it was an accident. I didn't know what it was. But it happened. Like. It meant nothing.

"It didn't mean anything..." I replied weakly, staring at his soft face.

That's when I saw his eyes get shiny and his bottom lip tremble.

"You actually kissed him?!" he was in shock. "I was just trying to get something out of you. I didn't know you actually... I didn't think that would happen."

It was my turn to take a deep breath and panic. Oh dear lord. He didn't know. I could've kept my stupid mouth shut. Now he's all angry and hates me. He hates me. God, I would hate me. I'm a horrible, ugly, ignorant, slut, ass, bitch. So many words to describe who I was.

"Jane, you kissed him." he said mostly to himself.

"He actually kissed me..." I tried.

"And you let him?" his pitch rose.

"I can't turn the clock Emm! It happened and it meant nothing."

"If it meant nothing than why did you do it?"

Shaking my head, I tried my best to stop my tears from running. Nothing worked, so they ran right down my face. It felt all too real and heart wrenching. The sky was even turning grey. Maybe the Earth felt as horrible as we did.

"I don't know," I gave up.

"Of course you don't. Cause no one knows why they kiss someone..." he huffed.

"It just happened Emmett."

"Cause everything just happens Jane? You know what? I'm done. You're just the same girl I met at that party. Problems always come to you. You always get some sort of drama and I don't want to be a part of that. I may love you Jane and you may love me... but we can't do this." Emmett said as tears were running down his face.

I could literally feel my heart rip into pieces. All the pain that was in me was incredible. My legs were wobbling. That's how weak I was. I couldn't see well with all the crying I was doing. I was freaking sobbing.

"Emmett, please." I begged.

He gave me a look then shook his head. "I don't need this." he said.

"But I love you. I love you so much. And it was one lousy kiss. It doesn't even matter!" I felt my lip tremble under my voice.

My throat felt so clogged with tears, it was unbelievable. Just standing here, in the cold, was not right for me. All of me wanted to collapse and die. This is what I lived for, someone to love. And now, I don't even have that.

"One kiss," he breathed in as he tried to hold himself together. I knew damn well he was feeling as sick as I was. "That's all it takes."

"You kissed Kristin and I didn't wanna dump you." I hissed.

"Because I was under the influence!"

"That's doesn't mater! You still fucking kissed her! You knew you were kissing her not me! And when you're under the influence you do the things you want to do, which is to kiss Kristin!" I pushed myself to yell through my tears.

"It was Ecstasy." he said.

"Yes, god damn horny E. But you couldn't help yourself, could you?!" I felt the venom seep through my throat.

He ran his hands through his hair and shut his eyes. We stood silent for a few seconds before I stomped off to my car. That's all you heard, my stomps against the driveway.

"We didn't finish." he said from behind me.

You can continue @Sunshine !!

Avery greeted me with a smile. But I felt something was off. I, of course, ignored it and pulled her into the biggest hug I could give her. She felt right, warm, and... perfect in my arms.

"Hey baby, how was the doc?" she asked.

"Same," I replied, kissing the top of her head.

"Great," she sighed. "Wanna come over?"

I pulled away from her and looked at her beautiful face.

"Yes,"

***

She took me to her room. The lights were dimmed and some soft music played, I believe it was Coldplay. I knew where she was getting at. And I wasn't sure if I wanted it. We'll see.

I followed her to her bed as she pulled me behind her. All these feelings were blowing up inside of me as we sat on the bed. I couldn't even think clearly as she pulled herself on top of me. She was so light. I ran my hands down her body, my fingers tingling at her touch. She pulled off her shirt, revealing a new bra.

"Babe, you sure?" she asked, licking her lips.

"Oh yes." I smiled.

Oliver Hemingway

My phone awoke me, ringing so loudly, I couldn't bear it. Opening my eyes, I just realized where I was. The beach house. Lacey was sleeping right next to me, all comfortable and not disturbed. Good. I just remember last night. It was great. I couldn't help but smile.

Before it could wake her, I grabbed the phone and answered it.

"Hello?" I said.

"You gave me your number." The accent. "So I decided to use it wisely."

I swallowed hard and looked down at Lacey. So beautiful. So right. But also, too good. I couldn't be with her. She'd hate me. But, at the same time, I couldn't resist. Something clicked between us.

"Kristin," I said into the phone.

After getting home...I didn't really know what to do. My heart felt like it had just been ripped in pieces and I kept crying. I hate crying. Not because it makes me feel weak or whatever someone else would hate it for. Hell, I know that i'm delicate and sensitive and that it doesn't take much for me to cry. Really, I just hate how I look when I cry. My eyes get really red and blood shot and puffy. My cheeks turn as red as a tomato. And even worse, there just seems to be an endless amount of snot. So what seemed like a smart idea at the time was to shovel loads of mint chocolate chip ice cream into my mouth as I snotted all over the place. And thats when I remembered. I clear my throat and then call the number.

"Kristin," that smooth british accent greeted me and I was immediately transported back into our time in the planes bathroom. Back into my throws of ecstasy, with my legs around his waist, and his hand pulling my hair roughly, and-"I'm a bit busy at the moment." He says, rather quietly. I frown. I should've expected this. I had a feeling that he was a player. So why had his face been the first one to pop up in my head when I felt the need to talk to someone?

"I'm sorry. I-I shouldn't have called.B-" Before I can quickly hang up he cuts me off.

"No," He sighs "I can talk for a few minutes. Just give me a second." He says. I hear movement and suddenly he's back. "So...what do you need Kristin?" He asks. I feel like i'm bothering him I really don't want to. But...

"Well can you come over? I really need to-" I stop as I hear a girls voice in the background. It sounds familiar, but I can't remember a face that goes with it. I sigh again. "I'm sorry I was intruding...I can tell that you're definitely busy. Just delete my number and don't bother calling me please." I say, and swiftly hang up. I look down at my phone and sigh. I wanna go back to Europe.

Avery

Ahhhh weed. The secret to all of lifes problems. I'm so high...there are literally no words to describe the euphoria i'm going through. I sit on top of him taking off my bra when suddenly I remember the cuts all over my upper thigh. Eh...he won't mind. He probably won't even notice. Suddenly i'm under him, and he's taking off my yoga pants. I sigh quietly, and wait for him to begin doing the do. But suddenly he's frozen. I look up to find his face a weird mix of emotions.

"Avery...what is this?" He asks quietly. I sigh and sit up while rolling my eyes.

"I've been cutting myself." I say bluntly. Its not that big of a deal. Really its not. But his face says something completely different.

"What?!" He almost yells. I roll my eyes and in the haze of my mind I decide to tell him the complete truth.

"I'm pregnant. It scared me. I became depressed so I started cutting." I say with a shrug. He looks at me like i'm a different person.

"You're...what..."He says trailing off, a look of shock on his face. I sit and wait patiently for him finish.

Why'd she hang up? Maybe it was bad reception and the call cut. Or most likely, she didn't want to talk to me. I didn't say anything interesting... I don't... I couldn't finish the thought because Lacey had wrapped her arms around my waist, completely distracting me.

"Since you're off the phone..." she trailed off, whispering in my ear.

I turned to face her and caught her beautiful brown eyes looking at me adoringly. No girl was like this to me. My last girlfriend, Victoria 'Kiki', was very sexual. And that's it. So breaking up with her wasn't heartbreaking. But, somehow just looking at Lacey made me feel like something was wrong. I liked her and she liked me. There wasn't anything remotely wrong with us. It's still felt like something was off. Maybe because I'm in love with Kristin.

No.

I didn't just think that.

"Oli, is everything okay? You are getting paler than usual." Lacey asked with a frown on her face.

Looking back at her, I smiled and pulled her in for a soft kiss. Her lips aggressively pushed against mine. I pulled her closer to me, deepening our kiss. She pulled away, giving me a great smile.

"I gotta go Lace," I said. "I'll take you home. I have something I need to take care of."

***

After I dropped her off, I found my way back to the house where the party was. In the daylight, everything looked different, but I'd managed to find the house. I could tell it was the one because of the car that was in the driveway. A pick-up truck. It was an old Ford, it didn't fit the scenery. But it was here that night, so it must be the right place.

I locked my car and started my way to the front door. Hesitation was not my thing, so I didn't bother with it. I rang the doorbell and waited for a while. Standing outside for too long after sitting in a warm car makes everything dreadful. It was freezing out here and all I wanted to do was run back and sit in the heat. I shook as I rang the doorbell again.

In just that moment, the door opened to a handsome bloke. He looked all ruffled though, as if he's had horrible sex. Ouch.

"Um, I'm here to see Kristin." I said right off.

"Just go upstairs, first door to your left." He replied with a soft smile.

I nodded and walked right behind him. The house was grand, and surprisingly clean. You couldn't blame me for being surprised, it was a mess the last time I was here. I've always been in great looking homes, all my life, and this one was included. It looked like my aunt's house, these people must be European. Well, Kristin is, but who knows about her cousin. They just chose a great decorator. I found my way to a room which had the door slightly ajar.

I pushed the door open and found Kristin laying on the bed. She was sleeping, all cuddled up by multiple pillows and a bag of crisps. I let myself walk up to her and look at her for a moment. I couldn't believe how fast my heart was racing from just looking at her. Good thing I shut the door behind me, or else I'd look weird to everyone else. The telly was still running. A controller was laying right by her head, so I grabbed it and shut it off. Kristin started to toss around.

This was probably a bad idea. I shouldn't wake her. But, I needed to. And wanted to. I sat down next to her and placed the crisps on the hardwood floor. I went back and touched her face, it was so soft and beautiful.

"Kristin," I said.

All that came from her was a mumble that sound like my name.

"Kristin, wake up," I said.

"Oliver..." she mumbled out again.

I shook her just a bit and caught her fluttering her eyes open. Once she was awake, she took a double take at me. Then, she pulled herself up and gave me a shocked look.

"What are you doing here?" she asked.

"I wanted to see you." I replied.

"This is sort of creepy you know."

"No, it's not. I just woke you up, not watched you sleep." I smiled.

She took a second to process something in her mind then looked at the TV.

"I shut it off." I said.

So, she faced me again. She looked horrible by the way. Her eyes were extremely red and puffy and her cheeks resembled a beet. I could tell she cried. Why'd she cry? I am only a man, I don't know everything. And... I didn't know why I cared so much for her.

"What are you doing here?" she repeated. "Aren't you busy?"

I sighed. "Obviously not," I took a second. "Why did you hang up on me last night?"

"You were busy,"

"That's not an answer."

"It is,"

"I wanted to talk to you." I tried.

She took a deep breath and looked down at her hands. I made myself comfortable on the bed and waited for her to reply.

"No you didn't," she said weakly.

"Yes I did Kristin,"

"Then you could have spoke with that girl."

I would say I knew it, but I didn't really. I just had a feeling that was it. She was jealous. Or she was just mad it wasn't her with me last night.

"Kristin, you wanted to talk. I'm here to talk. Okay?"

"I wanted to talk to you! Not to both of you!"

"She wouldn't have heard..."

"And neither would you."

"Kristin, come on! Don't be so bloody stubborn! Tell me what's going on!"

She looked at me, her blue eyes getting big. I just looked back and caught my breath in my throat.

"I don't know! Okay! I just thought that you'd be the only one I could talk to... about absolutely nothing." she said.

I stared at her, taking her in. Every bit of her was perfect. Her eyes were the kind of blue that made me swoon. Her lips were soft and lush. I loved all of her and every bit of her. And what she said. I couldn't help myself.

"You know I'm in love with you, right?" I said, feeling my heart race.

Emmett

For the second time in my life, I wanted to hit a girl. I wanted to smack her hard across the face, just like she had smacked my heart so that it shook in my ribcage. I remember hitting Lacey, the night I found her with Hakan. It took her a pregnancy to forgive me; Jane was not so kind.

I cradle one hand in the other, as though the injury had seeped into my body.

"We aren't finished."

She whips around, her hair flying everywhere. "What else is there to say, Emmett? It was going to come out eventually! We aren't fit for each other! You should go date a nerd girl with a bob hair cut, go steady until you marry her and take her virginity on your wedding night. I'll keep tearing, Emmett. Keep drinking, hopping from one idiot to the next."

My mouth dries, and the anger subsides a bit. "You're better than that! You don't need me to me to be better than that!"

"But you agree!"

I realize then that I shouldn't have said anything, just kept my mouth shut and avoided the whole thing. We loved each other; but how much of that were just words? We didn't talk, Jane and I. We didn't exchange anything of any real meaning; she was good for me, and I broke for her.

"Jane! God, Jane! We're both wrong, don't you know that! We're both wrong!"

The look in her eyes does something weird. "You'd never touched drugs before that party, did you?"

"Jane..."

"Did you?" Her face is contorted, twisted. "You never came close to sex or touched alcohol before me, did you?"

"What does that prove?"

"That you were right. This is it. We have to be done."

I move forward and I kiss her, harder than I have ever kissed her before. I can feel her weaken, and our tongues dart quickly between two mouths. Jane pushes me away so hard I stumble.

She turns to her car. "Bye, Emmett."

"This is a break, Jane. A break, making sure we really know what we have is right. I don't want to give up on you."

I think I see the slight shake of her head.

She drives away.

I go in the house, look in the mirror. My reflection has changed so much over a few months, a sharp change of face with new tears running down it.

I was stupid to get involved with her. She was never 'my type'. She had a bad rep, a whore, a party girl. I saw something in her that I wanted to explore, and I fell. How was that my fault?

I want to give up. Every sore muscle n my body is begging me to turn the phrase, to look to my studies so I can make it to the Ivy League. I could learn something new in my spare time, have friends again. That's the positive out look.

That can't happen. It won't. This is my first heartbreak, and the man in the mirror will be reduced to a boy again if he is not careful.

He never is.
I have loved the words and I have hated them. I only hope I have made them right.

Lacey

Oliver drops me off early enough in the morning that I can crawl into bed and pretend I got home at the right time, like a good girl.

I strip off my dress and curl into the sheets. My date with Oliver was too perfect; until the phone call, that is. I don't know who he was talking to, but I know it made my heart fall.

I shouldn't need a man. They have more drama than girls, and are far more notorious heartbreakers. I do, however, like Oliver and his grey eyes, and they are the thing that clouds my brain until I fall into my slumber.

It's one in the morning when I wake up. Both my parents are working, and the note left by Emmett details him as 'off with friends', which means he and Jane are fighting. Emmett barely had friends in the first place, and Jane certainly hasn't helped.

I've barely poured myself a bowl of cereal when there's a knocking at the door. I try to ignore it, but it persists like the Master's rhythm, One-two-three-four. I keep eating my Wheaties as the pounding gets harder. One-two-three-four. have to be hearing things. I know that's what it is, though, no matter how much I tell myself otherwise. One-two-three-four.

Certainly as pale as I can get, I go to the door and pull it open. There he is, grinning slyly like he just won a lottery, the boy who knows me just that well.

"Hakan."

"Lace." He gestures to the house. "May I come in?"

I step aside, letting him in, and he sits down, familiar at the kitchen table as he ever was. sit down across from him, but my appetite is gone. The Wheaties turn soggy in their bowl.

"What the hell are you doing here, Hakan?"

He stares at me, smiles tugging at the edge of his face. I realize, with his stare, that I am still wearing my thin night gown. I cross my arms over my chest, attempting to shield them from his gaze. Hakan shakes his head. "I figured I was due for an apology. The way I broke up with you, my best friend, was cruel. I know that. It took me months, but I finally figured out what I wanted to say."

"I don't want you to." This was my well thought out response.

"I love you." He continues anyway. "I've always loved you. I was a little drunk and horny that night, and I shouldn't have pressured you. I just kind of thought, 'This is what you do to your childhood love when you get old enough!' I was wrong, and dumb, and I'm sorry."

I don't say anything. There's only one thing that keeps coming up in my mind, over and over again. "I'm pregnant."

Hakan's smile turns to a frown. "God, Lace, it's only been two months."

"From you, idiot."

Hakan frowns even deeper, and his eyes shake with the rhythm of thought. "Shit. Oh, God, Lace, I'm sorry. I'm so, so sorry. He told me he told you. The bastard! He must've thought smart Lacey would figure it out, but stubborn Lacey overwhelmed you, didn't she? You haven't actually had a single pregnancy appointment, have you?"

My insides are churning violently. "No. Emmett takes me there, thinking I do, but I'm just volunteering. It doesn't matter! The test came back positive! I'm just over-deliberating."

Hakan's friendly face is stone-cold. "Have you even had weird cravings? Have you even gained weight?"

"Hakan!" He's infuriating me now. "What does it matter? I'm pregnant! Pregnant!"

His next words run chills down my spine. "It was a joke."

"A what?"

"Rowan was pissed. He thought you dumped me. He wanted to practical joke you after hearing what we did. He knew you would wait to take the test... He's so dumb! He snuck into your house when you were all gone, 'cept your Dad, who he told he had to pick something up for me." I remember that. Dad told me, and I didn't think anything of it. "He messed with the testers. All of them. I don't know how, but he did. I found out, and I made him promise to tell you, but he didn't! Damn, I'm sorry."

"Your sorry?"

My stomach feels empty.

"Lacey, I-"

I bring my fist up and drive it hard across his noise. I stand up, and my chair falls to the ground. I cannot see through my blind rage. "Sorry? You're sorry? Two months of deliberation, about worrying about my choices. Two months of people I tell treating me like a fragile doll or a walking whore? You couldn't have told me? You couldn't have came up and said your sorry and tell me what an ass your best friend is?"

"It's not my fault! I didn't have any part it."

He's out of his chair, and he's close to me. I think his nose is bleeding.

"It. Doesn't. Matter."

He's strong, and he pulls me close to him, pressing his lips to mine. I bite them, and thrash away.

"Lacey!"

"I have a new boyfriend now! He's British, with nice cheekbones. The next time I see him, I am going to kiss him so hard. I am going to let him do whatever he wants to me strictly because he's not you!"

"I want you back. Can't you understand that?"

"I want you out! Out of my house and out of my life and everything!"

He looks at me, sadly, and I know I am crying. He opens his lips to say something, but closes them. He looks like he wants to say something important, but he has enough sense to turn around and leave.

I watch the curl at the back of his head bounce, and when it is gone, I curl up in a ball and cry.

Plot twist!
I have loved the words and I have hated them. I only hope I have made them right.

Kristin

I can't tear my eyes away from him. My heart is beating so fast I think that I may have a heart attack. I wanted to...I don't know. Dramatically collapse into his arms. To pull him next to me to continue what we hadn't finished on the plane. Or...to proclaim the same. No. No, I do not love him. I can't. I refuse to let myself go through heartbreak. I couldn't handle it right now. So I just roll my eyes.

"You don't love me Olivander. Maybe...maybe a crush on me. But you don't love me." I say, rolling off of the other side of my bed and getting up quickly. I walk over to my mirror and begin brushing my thick hair into a ponytail.

"Kristin, please don't tell me how I feel. I definitely know. Believe me. I've been trying to block it out of my head for awhile now but..." he looked at me, his gray eyes almost pleading. I wanted to run to him. No, no, no. I avert my eyes back to my hair. "I can't stop thinking about you. I'm in love with you."

"I lo-" I catch myself before I say it. Stupid, stupid mouth. Stupid, stupid heart. Oh fuck it. Whats the worst that can happen? I turn to him and walk up to where he's still sitting on my bed. His eyes watch me...adoringly. "I love you too." I say quietly. He smiles widely. And the weird thing is that...well my heart does this weird backflip thing that it's never done with anyone before. Oh god what have I done. He hugs my midsection and pulls me onto the bed beside me. I giggle wildly.

"Let go!" I yell as I playfully slap his shoulder. He laughs and rolls on top of me. He looks down at me, his gaze penetrating mine. I feel my face begin to blush. It feels like he's looking into my soul. He slowly starts descending down to my mouth and when his lips finally reach mine it feels electrifying. I feel myself sigh in euphoria. I love him. I really love him. Shit.

Just in time, the doorbell rang. I still held my breath and got off the bed, going to answer it. When I came back into Avery's bedroom, she was completely naked on her bed, doing something. I wasn't sure and it took me a few minutes to process what was going on. I knew she was high, it was obvious. And I wanted us to have a meaningful night. Like something that would be sober and right. But of course, something was wrong with her and to have sex with me, she needed to take drugs. As I shut the door quietly, all I could hear was her moaning as she humped on the bed. I couldn't believe she was capable of... she was that high... God, it was weird to see this. As a guy.

"Ave," I said.

She turned her head toward me, slipping her fingers out of herself and waving to me. She then stood up, all confident. I couldn't stop staring at her wrists though. They were scarred and ugly with hatred. She hated herself. It was bad, and I felt bad. Once she reached me she unbuttoned my pants and went down, running her hands up and down my thighs. I bent down to her level before she could do anything and took her face in my hands. She had on a soft smile as she licked her lips.

"Baby, how'd you get pregnant?" I asked.

"Sex, duh. Didn't you take sex ED dimwit?" she replied with a laugh.

"No, Ave. Who did you have sex with?"

"You, silly!"

"I didn't have sex with you until... well... it was supposed to happen tonight but it didn't. We didn't have sex for months."

She then proceeded to roll her eyes and place her hand under my chin, gripping it. I saw something run passed her eyes, I wasn't sure what it was. But it scared me.

"Do you think I'll wait for you to get better? I wanted sex, I needed sex! I am a person Will, just a person! So I need things! I can't just sit around and wait for you and care for you all the time, I need to do stuff for myself too! I need sex..." As she ranted she tried to pull off my boxers, but I took her hands in my own to stop her. "Will," she looked up at me. "I need this."

"You've obviously had it." I hissed. "You've had sex cause you needed sex. So why do you need it now?"

"Cause I need you,"

As we sat on the floor, she had her eyes on mine the whole time. I could see the depression running through her like a mad man. I couldn't help but pull her close, hugging her as tight as I possibly could. I almost forgot she was in her birthday suit until I pulled her in. She lied her head on my chest as we sat there for a while.

"You're beautiful Avery," I said.

In response, she just fidgeted in my arms as she nodded. I ran my hand through her hair as I held her with my other one. All the warmth from her body traveled to me, shocking me by what drugs could do to you. You don't feel difference in temperatures, or emotions, or anything really.

"You're beautiful, Will." she replied, her voice muffled by her face being pressed against me.

"But we're breaking up." I said. "I'm in love with Jane. And you love this guy you're with, I can tell."

Avery

It felt like cold water just ran down my bare back as I quickly pulled away from Will. His green eyes stared at me almost pityingly, and I felt something in the pit of my stomach. A weird feeling. It made me lightheaded and confused and angry.

"What?" I heard myself whisper but I didn't even mean for it to come out. I heard what he said, I just didn't understand.

"We're breaking up Avery. I've taken some time to think about it and...I can't be with someone that i'm not in love with anymore." He said, getting up and walking over to my bed and sitting down. Suddenly I felt dirty. I could feel my stomach churning and felt as if i'm going to puke.

"I-I need to use the bathroom for a second. Give me a few minutes please?" I said quickly and rushed into my bathroom. Once I was inside I got into the shower and turned on the shower to as hot as it could go. The water was first cold and then it was suddenly hot. I felt as if my skin was melting. I then sit down on the shower floor and let the water burn my skin. After about ten minutes I stand up ready to face the music. I put on my dark red nightgown that I keep in the bathroom, throw on my black silk robe and with a deep breath I step outside of the bathroom. Will looks up at me but doesn't say anything. I walk over to the other side of my bedroom and sit on the computer chair and then I just face him.

"Are you okay?" He asks quietly. I keep my face blank and decide to say nothing. He sighs and then begins again. "It's not you Avery. It truly isn't. It's just that...since i've woken from my coma i've seen things from a new perspective. I need new things now. And...Jane gives me those things." He says, keeping his eyes locked on mine. I nod and look down at my lap. I feel my arms encircling my stomach and hug to me the pieces of Will i'll be able to keep.

"Does that mean that you...you don't want your baby?" I feel myself ask. Its like i'm on autopilot. He looks down.

"I don't even know if its mine." He says, looking back up and directly into my eyes in accusation. Now I feel myself in control and I smile sadly.

"Oh it's definitely yours Willy. I-I haven't even thought of being with another guy. Every time my mind would wander off to that place I...I'd remember how much I love you." I feel a tear drip down my face.

"How do I know you're telling the truth?" He asks. Suddenly i'm angry.

"Will...I don't know what you've done with Jane. For all I know that bitch can be knocked up too. But me? I've kept my nose clean. Let me tell you a little story William. There was once a girl totally in love with a guy. The guy goes into a coma. And the girl cries. And cries. And cries. Every fucking day she cries. Suddenly theres a new guy. He gets the girl and they become best friends. The new guy falls for the girl, but the girls heart is still with the guy in the coma. Suddenly the guy wakes up and the girl is so happy. She stayed with the guy night and day checking on him. And then suddenly the girl is pregnant. She's scared. Scared that this will drive the boy away. But it's not the pregnancy. No of course not. It's another girl. A girl who did not spend every day crying while she sat by the boys side, pleading for him to wake up. A girl who did not turn down invitations, turn down time with her family, and just a life in general. A girl who has a boyfriend. A loving, caring, great boyfriend. No...the boy doesn't see that. All he see's is someone...someone that can obviously do more for him than the girl ever did." I shake my head in disgust. Will stays silent for awhile.

"Feelings change Avery." Is all he says. Against my better judgement I tell him what i've been hiding since he first got admitted to the hospital.

"They were gonna unplug you, Will." I whisper, tear freely running down my face now.

"What?" He asks.

"They. Were. Going. To. Fucking. Kill. You." I hiss at him. "Your family ran out of money. The doctors said you weren't gonna wake up. They. Were. Going. To. Kill. You." I say slowly. he looks at me in disbelief.

"Somebody would have told me this Avery. My parents, my doctor..." He trails off staring at me in hard and disbelieving eyes.

"I knew your parents would turn down my money. So I sent anonymous checks to them once a week. One was for their bills, the other for yours. My parents didn't know. I sent it with the money I worked hard for during the Walking dead spinoff. I kept you alive Will. While Jane..." I laugh ruefully "While Jane was probably fucking her boyfriend senseless, in a happy little blissful bubble." I shake my head. "Just get out Will."

"But A-" He begins but I cut him off.

"Get the fuck out of my house Will!" I scream at him. He slowly stands from my bed and I get up to walk him out. When we're at the doorway I pull him close and stand on my tippy toes.

"The new guy...from my story. He's been staying here for the past few month Will. I could've fucked him to the moon if I wanted. But" I push him away and out of the door "I loved you too much." I say then slam the door.

The problem with what I said was that I wasn't thinking before saying. And everything escalated after that and I couldn't stop it. It just got higher and higher and there was absolutely no turning back.

The truth was, I didn't mean it. I was not in love with Jane. Never was, never will be. I just felt sick to my stomach at the thought Avery had sex with someone else. That wasn't my child. I knew that. I haven't had sex with her for more than six months. If she was pregnant with my child, she'd be in her sixth month. That would show. And since it's not showing and she just found out she is in fact pregnant, than that's not mine.

I huffed, trying to calm my nerves down. The only thing I could focus on was at the TV in front of me, blasting CSI. But, I couldn't focus, cause I just wandered off in my thoughts to what happened last night.

"If you don't get up from that couch, you're gonna make an ass imprint in it." My uncle said from behind me, his New York accent dripping in his voice.

Facing him, I tried to pull off a believable smile. he smiled back and walked into the kitchen, grabbing a glass from the sink. I looked at the TV again and grabbed the remote from next to me, changing the channel to something less criminal.

"It's a day in which I'd like to spend making an ass imprint in the couch." I replied.

"Now listen kid, I know something is up." he said. I could hear him walking closer to me. "Tell me,"

I looked at him, watching him sit on the sofa next to me. He sank into it, drinking something from his glass. I could tell he'd worked hard today from the bags under his eyes and the hazy look he's giving me. Being a cop isn't all that fun. And since he'd gotten the position he's been working for, detective, it hasn't been any better. He loves it and proclaims he doesn't work a day in his life cause he loves his job, but sometimes it runs him down.

"It's nothing." I said.

"William, I'm not stupid. Don't make me look stupid."

Again, I huffed and looked at my hands as if they were the most interesting thing in the world. I could hear my heart aching it was that bad.

"Avery cheated on me and has a baby with this guy... she keeps telling me it's mine even though I know it isn't." I admitted, letting the silence sink in afterward.

It took him a while to reply, so I looked up and saw him staring back at me. Shoot, I couldn't even read his facial expression.

"She has needs?" he asked.

"Oh come on."

"You cheated on her in your coma! She can cheat on you in the real world. I feel like it makes it fair."

I smiled, watching him crack a laugh.

"I'm just kidding. She just made a mistake or something. Talk to her."

I looked over at the TV and just nodded in agreement.

Jane Wills

It's been a few days since Emmett and I split. And I can't get a hold of myself. Even though I made this breakup happen, I felt like the one that was the most hurt. It's just not easy. And to make things go by even more smoothly, I've been to a bar. Oliver happened to be there. I didn't remember him at first, but when we introduced ourselves, I caught on.

Since he had no where to go in his drunken state, I let him stay at my place for a few days. Since I went to work practically everyday, having him in my apartment didn't bother me as much as you'd think.

"So, since you're off today... why don't we go for some pizza?" Oliver asked as he sipped his coffee.

I looked at him, eyeing the curiosity in his pupils. All these Europeans had a look to them that made them so interesting and... appealing. They were different than Americans or Asians, so on. They had their own appeal like every culture had. I just liked their's the best. Mostly cause, I believe The French and Polish are the hottest people.

"Yeah, that sounds... yeah." I smiled, sipping my tea.

He shot a smile right back and looked at his phone, scrolling through it with his finger. By the look of his face, it seemed like he'd gotten a bad text.

"I'll be right back. I gotta ring someone." he smiled, excusing himself from the breakfast bar.

When I wrote about Oliver and Jane sorta living together earlier, this is the continuation to that. Since we are in that time now.

I just want to point out what great of a friend Jane has been. She's always there, even for people she just met. She cares too much and I'm afraid she'll just be taken advantage of over and over again.

So, please, oh please, we beg, we pray, go throw your TV set away, and in its place you can install a lovely bookcase on the wall.
