Mentions now work for the forums & storybooks

That's right. When you mention someone in the forums or in storybooks, they'll now get a notification to that effect.

Example:
Hello @Rydia. You're probably here because you checked your notifications! -- Nate


Pro-Tip:
If someone has a space in their username, replace that space with a %20.
