Basically what Gemini is going to do is that once her random attacks begin, so does the lightning. LIGHTINING, LIGHTNING EVERYWHERE! RUN, RUN, OR YOU WILL BE WELL DONE! XD. So for Gemini, she's going to find the biggest group of campers weather there fighting or not, and just jump head long into them swinging at whoever she see's.

That'll be fun..

So I was thinking maybe when Abri/Rand and Ben/Laila approach the flag together, that Ben and Ness could start fighting with Ben's flames against Ness's Water (I don't know I think that would be pretty cool) but since they are too evenly matched, they both become too tired to go on using their powers and either they both pass out or Ben retreats to back up Laila with his bow. And in the steam (Since super heated fire plus water = steam) Laila will use the chance to grab the flag in all the chaos, while everyone else is fighting and make a run for it towards the red teams side.

It's just a suggestion but I think it would be pretty cool and during all that chaos people could use that chance to post who their characters fighting and what's going on during all of it until eventually someone sees Laila cross the border.

If you don't like it that's alright and you can say what you would like to see happen differently and this doesn't need to happen right away, we can wait for a few more people to post before Abri/Rand and Ben/Laila approach the flag together. Does this sound good to anyone?

Sounds good to me. And of course Abrin/Maya/Aiden can battle it out with Rand/Abri, keeping them busy while Ness/Ben fight it out. And all the while everyone is dodging lightning. Boy, this is gonna be fun!!

I like how Laila steals the flag. It suits her, given she's the daughter of Hermes and all.

However, given the circumstance that Ben has arrived merely a day ago, I wouldn't quite say that he is evenly matched with Ness, son of the Big Three, with many long years of experience. :p

I think he would need help; Rand can back him up, Laila can do so from afar with her arrows, or Abri can I guess seduce Ness with her powers....omg that would be so funny to write, lol.

It's weird how the PJ&O series didn't really have focus on any Demeter kid in the story (or at least I don't think they have... It's been years since I read it, and I haven't read the newest book yet), so I'm just going to go with the mere assumption that they are those typical green-thumbed guys that make plants flourish and grow like crazy. So, Ness making it rain would I guess be good for their plant-growing skills, but bring two fiery Apollo dudes in, and wabam, dead plants. I knew my old Pokemon memories would come in handy one day. So Rand should definitely go against the Demeter kids, so would that leave Abri to help Ben by seducing Ness....and everyone else....because that's what she does... lol.....

I'm not saying that Ben would be evenly matched against Ness in a real fight with swords and weapons and trying to kill each other. I'm just saying they might be almost evenly matched in terms of who can make their power last longer and if Ness's water would overpower Ben's fire or vise-versa.

Also I like the idea of Abri helping Ben by distracting Ness (whether she knows she's helping him or not) because it would either A) give him a chance to escape and help Laila or someone else. Or B) If he is losing it might give him a chance to even the playing field.

I read in Ricks website about the Demeter demigods. Like if get on their bad sides, they can make poisonous ivy grow around your legs and other parts

Well...just keep in mind that Ness is son of Poseidon, a god of the Big Three, and I'm sure Veeren isn't going to let that fact slide that easily. >_>

I like the fire vs. water thing, but if you do that, I think Ben would be the first to be tired, so he'll need the backup. Though when the time comes, I'm sure it will work out perfectly anyways, so I'm not too worried about it. :]

I'm kind of curious to see Abri and Abrin go against each other since Abri can't use her abilities on him. :0

I love Jon's idea! And don't worry Jon, Laila will back you up if you get too tired. She's a thief after all. Stealth is her weapon. She can steal Ness' trident or something. But she will have your back if something were to happen!

I agree that Ben probably wouldn't match Ness in a fight, what if Rand helped him out? I mean, they're both Apollo kids so I'm sure Rand can contribute to the hot steaming-ness XD

So what about you guys in the Red territory? We have Marxus, Nick, Ella and Miranda on defense and Ares, Athena and Zeus kids going against them, so that could be a fun match
