Just posted, again sorry if it's long, I just wanted to include as many characters as I could and wanted to start off capture the flag with some action. If anyone wants me to change anything then just say so and I will try to change it as well as I can.

Hey guys! I'm Syca, and I'll be playing a daughter of Demeter - profile as below!
Name: Maya Sycamore Age: 17 Parents: Demeter, Richard and Bryan Sycamore (Adoptive)
Appearance: Spoiler
Personality: Maya looks childlike and sweet, but she can be fierce and strong when required. She's normally a quiet person, and completely controlled and calm at all times. She enjoys spending her time training and taking walks. She has a hidden mischevious side, which only the people closest to her know. She's intelligent and knows more about medicinal plants than anyone save perhaps the Apollo kids.
Brief history: Maya was an orphan. At the orphanage, she always felt like an outcast - with the ability to make plants grow faster, or control them and make them do what she wanted, she was seen as a freak by the other children. She spent seven years at the orphanage, with only animals for friends. The orphanage lay at the edge of a forest, and the wardens were often sent running, looking for her, because she went into it so often. When she turned eight, she was picked up by Richard and Bryan - a couple who'd been married for three years by then. She lived with them for a while, but her scent went undisguised, thus eventually attracting monsters. It called the satyrs as well, though, and she escaped to Camp Half-Blood safely, after three happy years with her fathers.
She has never met her birth father - he died shortly after she was born, as the wardens told her - though she knows he was of Indian descent, and is where she gets her startling features from. She still returns home once in a while - she's been at the camp almost ten years, now.
Favorite Weapon: Her primary weapon are her oak wood pikestaff and her kestros (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kestros). The kestros ws designed by her, and the darts for it are tipped with Celestial bronze. She also keeps a few blunt darts with an iron tip around. Her pikestaff is also tipped with celestial bronze.
Magical Item: A pouch of seedlings given to her by the dryads, whom she likes to talk to in her spare time, when her other friends at camp are busy.
Up for love: Bisexual, and it depends. She's more a one-night stand girl. Not too popular with the Aphrodite cabin, as you can imagine.
Other: She has a pet panther named Misa, whom she met when she was at the orphanage. Misa gets along rather famously with Pelus - if he's not with Maya, or at reclining lazily on a tree branch in the forest, he's with Pelus. Maya connects with Misa telepathically, as she does with all animals - it's strongest with Misa, not only because of their history together, but also because of their strong bond.
She communicates with Abrin telepathically, since they're both children of Demeter - it wasn't hard figuring out how to do it, since it's just a bit of an extension of her abilities to communicate with animals.

@AdventurerDaniel, tell me if I made Rand out of character again. D: Though I have to say, their conversation is like young love just waiting to happen...again. I mean, what, I didn't say anything.
I tried to make my post fit in with Ben's post, and I think it does...somewhat. @_@
@Dragonette, I included Abrin...with Abri cursing in French like we talked about a while ago. ;D And hi, Syca! Good to see what Abrin finally has a sister. Speaking of which, I could edit my post and say that Maya was also with Abrin (which would only make sense if they were friends, of course), and that could give you a start with your intro post. But if you'd rather not, that's fine too.
@Sunshine, sorry if I kind of left Ella behind. Maybe she was nearby? Needless to say, on the part where Abri prettied her up, I purposely made Ella like a mini Abri...lol. Anywhos, tell me if I was also out of character.
Abrin has a sisstteeerrr! Yay! I have access to a computer today! So I'll be able to post! Another yay! Gah I've missed this *goes to catch up on posts*
I'm a JESUS FREAK! (but you can call me a 'Jeek' if you want
Why is a raven like a writing desk?
You aren't an official writer unless you're at least slightly mad.
Ugh! I need to catch up with everything that happened in the morning and get into the CTF all in one post! I'm broken between a really long post or trying to break it up into two posts and post twice close together >.<

But I think it would depend on the situation; if you're going to trample everyone and magically find the flag, then yeah, two posts. But if you're just going to fight people and your character won't really participate much in the game itself (so, relatively not as much character interaction), then I think one post for it all is enough.
Speaking of getting trampled, anyone from the blue team who knows that vote was rigged plan on posting soon? I'd love for someone to come up with an actual plan in that meeting before the match to make Ness look silly.
PS, if you really want to see long posts, check these guys out
