The post count

I always used to use a member's post count as a quick barometer of their activity on the site. But that's not been possible since the Literary section was split off from the forums.

So I was wondering, would people be adverse to the post count being updated to include everything? By everything, I mean:
- Forum posts
- Wall comments
- Club comments
- Club forum posts
- Reviews
- Literary works

I won't be able to make the change until mid-March, so that leaves plenty of time to chew on this. But, I think it'd make the post count much more useful as well as more indicative of a member's activity.

I support the idea. These days, I feel like I'm mostly reviewing more anyway than crowding up the lounge forums. I think it is a much better gauge of activity to be inclusive.
Perception is everything.

I'm a tiny bit wary of wall comments, more because of the spam wars that take place than anything else, but then again that can just as easily happen in randomness so why not? Seems like a good idea!

Yeah. I don't really like the idea of wall posts, but I like everything else!

That would be beautiful.

What about blogs and blog replies? Though, this is probably technically impossible...

Still! I like this idea!

Sounds like a good idea to me. Either with or without the wall posts.

Yep, it can be done with blogs and blog replies as well. I can definitely add that.

I support the idea. Minus the wall posts for sure though.

I now wait for mid march. :)
There seems to be nothing written here.

I'm with the crowd.

Yes to all (inc. blog posts and replies) but no to wall posts.

Heh. I guess I'm the odd one out? I'd prefer to have wall posts and not blogs and blog comments.
