So some of you may be wondering what Flash Fiction is. Well, I’ll let Wikipedia do most of the work there.
Flash fiction is a style of fictional literature or fiction of extreme brevity.
Pretty simple, right? But there are three things I’ll be looking for.
- plot
- character
- conflict
Not too difficult. Just want to make sure I don't end up reading a 200 word description of a sandwich.
On to the rules then, right?
1. No Plagiarism.
2. Any rating is acceptable.
3. It should focus, in some way, on one of the following words/ideas:
---- Innocence
---- Freedom
---- Panic
---- Incompetence
---- Sacrifice
---- Law
---- Beauty
---- Need
---- Infatuation
---- Customer service
4. Your story may not include any of the five words listed below:
---- love
---- wearing
---- seriously
---- nice
---- like
5. No more than 250 words please.
6. Submit a link to your work in this thread. If you don’t wish to submit it to the Literary works area, PM me your piece.
7. The contest deadline is January 31st!

All Submissions will receive a review.
Third: 1 additional review on a piece of their choice to use whenever.
Second: 3 additional reviews on any pieces of their choosing to be used whenever they wish.
