"Pair up," I order everyone. "Obviously, I can't tutor all of you at once, so while you wait you can do whatever as long as you're somewhat quiet and are able to tell me what you need help on when I come to you. There's an odd number of people, so Rayah will be with me first."

I smile and watch her, "Thank you."

Rayah

I look at the ceiling, tuning everyone out, and yawn. I keep my shades covering my red eyes and move my hands over my stomach, chill.

I kiss him quickly and walk to the kitchen, starting to make it.

Jace

I study Rayah as everyone gets moving, "Are you okay?"

I smile and stay put, not wanting to get in the way.

Rayah

I snap out of it and look at him, kicking my feet up, "I'm Great."

I turn on the stove, humming.

Jace

I study her and look at her arm, "If you say so."

I close my eyes again and sit back, smiling still.

Rayah

I sigh, "Do I have to be here?" I ask, "I should be asleep."

I stir the eggs, tired.

Jace

I sigh and pull over one of the textbooks, "No one's forcing you to stay, no; but I would appreciate the company with someone who hasn't pissed me off this morning or who isn't as dumb as a rock like that kid two tables behind you trying to eat his own hand."

I sigh before standing and heading into the kitchen, wrapping my arms around her from behind.

Rayah

I chuckle, glancing behind me before looking at him and moving beside him, "Carry on."

I smile at him and tilt my head back, kissing him quickly before getting back to breakfast.

Jace

I flash a smile and sigh, "Are you here because you need help or because you were forced to?"

I smile and kiss her back, resting my chin on her shoulder once she pulls back.

Rayah

I sigh, "Mrs. Cooper forced me."

I finish and make us two plates,

Jace

I nod and slide the appropriate book before her, "Look through. Bookmark what you don't know or understand."

I kiss her cheek and thank her again.

Rayah

I groan and look at him, "I'll give you kisses if you don't make me work."

I smile and turn around, waiting and nod giving him his plate yet, "Pay the cook."

Jace

I study her, "I wanna know what we are--if we're anything--first."

I smile and kiss her long and hard, stealing the plate from her before pulling back, "Keep the change."

Rayah

I study him as well, "I thought we were a thing...but I guess I'm mistaken."

I shake my head at him and take mine as well, "Your so weird."

Jace

I study her again, "Wait... why are you mistaken? I just... I wasn't sure. You didn't act like it this morning and you kind of kicked me out last night..."
