Jackie

I sigh and take a deep breath, smiling.

Rayah

Pissed off, I just shake my head and run to where Jackie is. When I get there, I open the door and slam is, Jackie jumping up and swallowing, "Ray?"

"RAY?" I mock her, walking towards her.

She swears and backs up.

Nic

I swear and stand in between them, "Hey, whatever happened... it can be resolved in a non-painful manner, right? 'Cause I definitely know how much fire hurts..."

Jace

I take my time walking home, hesitating before walking in and regretting it immediately.

Jackie

I nod quickly and Rayah shakes her head before shoving Nic aside before pinning me against the wall, "You better have an Ambulance nearby because after this, your gonna need it. Your not gonna fight are you? Because your a pacifist? Yeah, that's why I have adantage."

I don't say anything and close my eyes, feeling her burn my wrists. I wince and try to get out of it, her eyes turning crimson.

Nic

I look at Jace to stop things before realizing he wouldn't. Cursing mentally, I slip inside Rayah and try to find her off switch.

Stop. Now. You're pushing away everyone you love. For what? Stop it now before you lose everyone in this room.

Jackie

Rayah loosens her grip on me but doesn't stop, the flames growing bigger. I cough before kneeing her in the stomach, her letting go. I drop to the floor and she chuckles, shaking her head before they die down. Her eyes go back to green and the flames dissapear.

Nic

I slip out and drop beside Jackie, taking her in my arms.

Jackie

Rayah shakes her head and just runs out, my wrists blistering. I cry in pain softly and close my eyes.

Nic

Jace hesitates before chasing after Rayah. I shake my head and stand, gently bringing Jackie into the kitchen and turning the faucet on. Cold water, right? That's what you do with burns?

"C'mon," I take her arms gently but wait for her to do things willingly, not wanting to cause her more pain than she already is in.

Jackie

I nod slowly and rinse them under the water, wincing.

Nic

I swallow and let go of her arms, wrapping one of mine around her waist instead.

Jackie

I keep them under the water and wince again, eyes closing.

Nic

I kiss her cheek, hating seeing her like this, "D-do you want to go to the hospital?"

Jackie

I shake my head, "N-No, I'm fine."

Nic

I nod and rest my chin on her shoulder, not sure what to do.

Jackie

I take my wrists away from the faucet and wrap them up, sighing as I take a deep breath, "I'm fine."
