Mount Olympus [4]

I watch the water as it soon begins to stir the surface turning into ripples, then something started to rise out of the water slowly but surely, no multiple things began to rise heads appeared and a hydra rose out. I sighed bored and stood looking up at it, the two behind me scrambled to there feet.

"A-a hydra?! On Olympus!?" The guy said.

"Do you think we need a password for it?" The girl asked.

"How about, kick, its, ***?" I said.

Nic

Something rises out of the water and I pull the both of us to stand, gently placing Jackie behind me protectively.

A hydra?

I tune out what's said and focus on the fact we can barely see it. Trying to figure a way out of this, I grip Jackie's hand and swear when the heads zero in on the three of us and a light burns in their mouths.

Holy--

I pull Jackie to the side and yell for the other girl to duck just as a line of fire comes shooting towards where we once stood.

Jackie

Not knowing what's happening, I just duck and bring my hands over my head.

Kimiko

I just stand there as it breaths its fire breath, consuming me in flames. As soon as it clears, I brush my hair around looking at it with boredem. My hand on my Katana, I watch as it looks at me in mock surprise.

"Your all bark, and no bite. Your not gonna last long against me." I said.

I begin to draw Wailing Dark from my its sheath that hug low at my rear, it slowly comes out as a black blade and golden handle is shown. The scent of battle was close and I would have fun, I begin to get a cocky grin as the sword comes out, holding it back handed. I watch the beast to see another attempt at what it can do.

Nic

I drop and shield Jackie in my arms, burying my face in her hair and closing my eyes. When I feel the heat of the fire die down, I glance up and swallow at the sight. Uh... I think I'll stay out of this one.

Jackie

I keep my head in my arms and don't attempt to see any of this, shaking slightly from all this violence.

Kimiko

The three heads back up a ball of fire in each of the mouths, then it all launches towards me hitting me but I didn't even flinch. Flames again engulf me but no damage is done, but soon the Hydra's image began to shake and become foggy. My free hand goes to the butt of Wailing Dark as a glyph on my free hand glows, a murderous intent in my eyes.

"Premission: Granted. Use of the full offensive potential of Wailing Harbinger is granted until the target ceases, soul extraction has commenced." I said.

Three waves of red, green, and blue come from the hydra and swiral around Wailing Dark. Soon the blade turns blood red. I hold it properly, and finally Wailing Harbinger awakens. I spin and hold the blade out pointing at the Hydra, then raise it until the blade is over my head.

"Hydra Strike!" I yell.

Then the blade comes down and three waves shot forth from my sword, and traval like speeding bullets towards the Hydra, they soon begin to traval up its neck slicing the heads in two.

Nic

I watch in awe, tightening my grip on Jackie when she begins to shake, and can't believe what's going on.

Jackie

I swallow and don't look, "This isn't happening," I whisper to myself.

Kimiko

The heads begin to fall towards the water, I was considering my job done. But before the heads could hit the water two for each neck grew back somehow, each neck had sprouted a new head. I was surprised how was it still alive after that? I readied up to do more damage and watch as the six heads stared back at me.

Nic

I scoop Jackie up and take us a little further away from the hydra, which is somehow still alive. Hugging her, I look back and continue to watch in the case something approaches us.

Jackie

Nic moves us but I still don't look at anything, trying not to freak out.

Nic

I glance down at Jackie and tighten my grip, "You wanna get out of here? I think... well, I hope, but I think that she's got things under control.."

Jackie

I nod, "Y-Yes please."

Nic

I don't hesitate, scooping her up and grabbing our clothes before bolting away from the lake.
