I nod and hand her a plate, Rayah next and Jace last.

Jackie
I thank Nic and look at Rayah and Jace, biting my lip, "You guys would make a great couple."

Rayah burns red before flashing a smile and I wink at her, her elbowing me before getting back to her food.

Nic

I flash a smile and shrug at the two, glancing at them, "They're okay."

Jackie

Rayah looks at me and Nic, "You guys would make a great couple."

I nearly choke on my food and look up at her, raising an eyebrow.

Nic

I cough a few times and spill my drink down my shirt, burning red.

Jaxkie

Rayah smiles and I shake my head, burning red before flashing a smile back.

Nic

I flash a smile and wipe my face, elbowing Jace when I see the grin on his face.

Jackie

I sigh and get back to my food, "So weird..."

Nic

I take a deep breath before getting back to my food.

Jackie

I study Nic before shaking my head and looking at Rayah, "Why is your face so perfect?"

She smiles and looks up at me, "Huh?"

"Like...your skin is so tan and flawless at the same time..." I study him.

She bites her lip before nodding slowly, "Aphrodite is my mommy, Jacks."

I nod, "Still."

Nic

I glance at Jace and he looks up at me, sending me a weird look before glancing back down. Shaking my head, I elbow him and look at my plate.

Jackie

Rayah sighs, "So weird, Jacks."

I nod and flash a smile, "We're all weird."

She nods, "True, that."

Nic

I finish and sit back, creating a sphere of light in my palm.

Jackie

Gaining a headache, I finish my food and take a deep breath.

Nic

I lose control of the sphere and it flies through the window, leaving a small hole in the glass. Sh*t.
