Awh, this is a cute team. So, uh, some team spirit. Go Team Conjunction!

Yay us! I'll try to do the 2nd event as well as the first one. Read my first entry and tell me what you think. I'm Stella btw, and nice meeting you and being on your (our) team.

Yeah! Ahah, I'm trying to post in all of the events if I can. It's lovely to meet you Stella (the irony that is my post in the second event), please refer to me as IRI. Lovely to meet you and likewise of sharing a team with you.

So, the one that you posted in the first event? I read it and I have to say, I liked the concept that you went for. It cuts a bit short since the limit limited any further exploration into the story that you were presenting, but from the impression from I got it.. It's about a woman who kills her former (scumbag?) lovers, yes? I want to honestly say that the ending came off a bit weak since it's sort of vague and you lost the steady beat that you were going with as we were reading. It's a well presented story that you were trying to give. Overall, a good entry.

Yep, you got the plot. I started writing according to standards and then my inspiration got carried away and I ended up with something far too long and the letters were being repeated 11 times. Here's the original if you wanted to take a peek.

Wendy was not having a good day. Jack had stood up her date Again. Every boyfriend was the same, irresponsible and rude. She’d gotten rid of them before long. They’d whined about it but left all the same. Shame, Jack had lasted five months. It would have to be tonight. The breakup. Wendy took an long sip from a Starbucks latte. Yung-Yi did excellently on her nail and Wendy loathed getting them dirty. No avoiding it. Zipping up nana’s old carpetbag, lugging it down the stairs gave Jack enough time to pull up apologizing. “Wouldn’t the lake be romantic?” I’ve packed picnic things.”
“Rest love,” whispered a pair of lipglossed lips. Now for a new life.
As she began to pulled into the freeway a siren began to wail.

I love the word Lumiustellar.

Ooh! I like the original story. Shame that it couldn't fit the requirements. Would this Wendy eventually kill Jack in this version like Nora would/did?

If you'd like, this was what I was going to submit but I lost my confidence when I saw everyone's entries so far at the time. I sort of like this one, but it's a simple scene, so.

Tired, Summer Heat (or alternatively titled: The Troubles of a (Very Smart) Nine Year Old)

"Maybe its a raccoon."

Pause.

"Shes quite gargantuan, Jay." Grandfather leaned back, chair rocking; an expression distant, hazy. Very, very bored now. Dad had left me at his old coot's; plenty of scattered nonsense for tormenting purposes. My death'll be by lethargy.

"Don't wanna be here." Peering over unattended verdure, I exhaled crankily. Air felt warm; humid. Lazy, even. Sweaty. Very unbearable. Repeating snores over left shoulder clearly indicated that Grandfather went to catching winks already. Grandfather's drunken tales were never very exciting, really.

Musings feel.. groggy. Perhaps I should nap. Yeah. "Think I'll just.. eyelids for.. moment.. and.. or.. five."

Thank you! I had to search up some strange words just so I won't use a definition that already exists in a word. .. Needless to say, it was quite.. interesting. Lumiustellarous is an alternative, though better used as an adjective. :B

Did you submit an entry for the second event yet?

You really should've posted it. It's pretty good. The word choice is amazing but I have to read it a couple times to understand the meaning.

I just posted in the second event. Supernasticators unite! Anyways keeps your fingers crossed, tomorrow we find out if I made it into the top 3 in event one. But I think we did a pretty strong performance in Event 2

Yes! Fingers crossed indeed. I'm probably not going to do well in the first event anyway, but we can still hope. And on a side note, I just love supernasticator! <3 A very good word.

(Though, I sort of thought this was a Writing Olympics. Then again drawing does with the creativity juices. o-o)

I always imagined him as a chimp because of his old avvie XD. But other than that a Caucasian male, hazel eyes, chestnut hair (grown out from a military haircut) and a freckle on his chin. 6'1"

Hey, that's pretty detailed. Well, I was hoping to go for a more creative approach, but the basic details how he would look like as a human is really great. Though I imagine him to be a bit shorter. Perhaps 5'9-5'11" instead. Maybe glasses too? (I would go stalk the forums on any posts that he have made to piece together stuff.. but that's a bit.. weird. Haha.)

I have to agree on imagining him as a chimp business. It doesn't really give much to a human appearance impression. XD

I sort of specialize better when it comes to pixels art (and since I don't own a scanner..), so any ideas to perhaps make it a .gif? (Though this could be one way at looking at it) .. Like.. Homestuck. o_o

Don't be sorry, I should have been more precise and clear in my word choice. Pixel art is like bitmap, or what you may be more familiar with: 16-bit and 8-bit. It's like the old Nintendo games style. Good examples could be here, here, here or here.
