Mount Olympus

Jace

She speeds off and I wish I'd put my seat belt on, the wind whipping my hair from my face. We pass the lake and she flashes a smile at me. I flash one back and raise my hands in the air.

"Woo-hoo!" I scream just for the fun, chuckling afterwards.

Rayah

I chuckle at him and take the wheel with one hand, fixing the mirror. I fix my shades and let the wind blow my hair behind me and in my face.

Jace

I smile and shake my head at her, wishing she'd keep her eyes on the road.

Rayah

The radio turns to 'Hot Mess' By Cobra Starship and I sing along to it, not caring if a billion swear words are in it, remembering how this is Jesse's favorite song. I look back on the road and keep singing, turning the radio up louder.

Jace

She turns the radio up louder and I shake my head at her, smiling. This is such a vulgar song, Ray.

Rayah

I turn the radio off as I pull into the mall, putting the car's breaks on and pulling the hood down. I tilt my shades up so their in my hair and I look over at Jace.
"We're going shopping," I smile.

Jace

I flash a smile at her, "Alright then."

Rayah

I smile get out, throwing my keys in my pocket. I check to see if I brought my credit card and nod when I find I do. I walk to Jace's side of the car and grab his hand, walking into the mall.

Jace

I smile and take her hand, letting her lead me inside.

Rayah

I smile and step inside, wondering where to go first. I lead him to Hollister and let go of his. "Go look in the guy part," I point to the other side of the store, "And I'll look in the girl part." I say, backing away slowly. "I need some new shirts and a pair of shorts."

Jace

Awkward, I walk over to the guys' section and look around, not finding anything I really like. Forgot my wallet at home anyway...

Rayah

I get some shorts and colored skinny jeans, along with a couple tee's. I make my way to the checkout, humming a song as I do. The checkout boy flashes a smile and I smile back, handing him my credit card.

Jace

I catch up with Rayah at the checkout line and wrap my arms around her from behind.

Rayah

The boy gives me back my card just as Jace wraps his arms around me from behind. I jump and take my bags, turning around to face him while grabbing his hand and leading him out. "You always scare me that way," I chuckle.

Jace

I smile and follow her out, taking her bag for her, "I know, but it's fun."
