The Town Plaza

Alex

I look back at Taylor and shake my head, "Let's just... I wanna show you a place when we're done here. I found it after he left, so he won't be able to find us there."

She nods and leans against me. I flash a smile and look back at the movie.

'I would have lied...I should have'...

taylor

Once the move is over we dart out of our seats and run out side. He grabs my hand and we walk. I start to laugh. “Where are you taking me?” I ask.

Alex

I smile at her laugh and make sure neither of them saw us before leading Taylor to one of the abandoned buildings. I take her into the open basement and show her the room full of treasures. Old time arcade games line the walls and plenty of other things to make this place an escape scatter the small tables and couches.

"Here," I smile.

Taylor

He takes me into and abandon building and down into a basement. I am kinda cautious about going in, but I will be fine with Alex. We enter the basement and the is a lot of old arcade games and covered up tables. “Here.” He says.

“Now we have a hide away.” I say. He smiles and kisses the top of my head. Yes this was a great day not to wear heels. As he holds me in his arms, I look around the room. There are so many old games and couches. I could get use to being down here with Alex a lot. Some thing catch my eye. A rack of pool sticks. That's a little weird, because there is no pool table. I take Alex's hand and walk over to the covered tables. I flip the sheet over it and find a pool table with all the balls in the pocket. “You want to play?” I ask. “But just so you know, I am great at pool.” I say grabbing a pool stick.

Alex

I smile at her and set up the table, making sure all of the balls are lined up in a perfect triangle. Once done, I take a stick and motion for her to go first, smiling.

"Ladies first," I say, "But just so you know, I'm not so bad myself."

I wink and lean against a Pacman machine, waiting for the break.

Taylor

“Oh and I am not to bad myself.” he says. He winks at me and waits for me to break. I laugh and walk over to him. I put my hands on his chest as I talk.

“Well then lets make this a little more fun shall we?” I say smiling.

Alex

I smile at her, loving how close she is, and wrap my arms around her waist,"What do you have in mind?"

Taylor

“Well we will cross that road when I win.” I say.

“What makes you so sure you will win?” He asks.

I walk over to the the pool table and break and five solid color balls fly into the pocket. He face expression draws blank. I flip my hair and smile. “I am pretty sure I am going to win."

Alex

I lose my amused expression, watching her. Evil. Without a word, I wait for her to go again like the rules stated.

Taylor

I start to laugh a little as I watch him stare at me. I feels kind of bad winning so I shoot bad purposely and it still goes in. I let out a little laugh as I shoot a strip ball goes it. “Aw darn.” I say watching him go up to shoot.

Alex

Frowning, I take a breath and take my shot. One striped ball goes in and I take another shot. Barely misses. I curse mentally and gesture for her to take her turn.

Taylor

A few minutes go by and we keep walking back and forth to take our shots. It is my turn again so I go up. Two balls left. I have to knock the purple ball in and the eight ball in. I take a deep breath and shoot the purple ball in. Now the eight ball. I can hear Alex's foot tapping. I smile and knock the eight ball in and win. “I told you I would win.” I say.

He sighs and walks over to me. “Okay what to you want?” He asks.

I put my arms around him and kiss him. “That is what I want.” I say.

Alex

She wins. Wonderful. But her winnings? She pulls me in for a kiss. I smile and kiss back, "That's all?"

Taylor

“Your right, that would be to easy.” I think for a second. “Will you take me dancing?” I ask.

“Well you won, so sure.” he says.

“Ah great. I have to go change first. I will meet you back at the hotel.” I quickly kiss him and run out the door. I stop at the top of the stairs. “ I am so excited.” I say to him before running out the door.

I rush to the hotel and change into a sparkly drees a little above my knee and black sandles. I put some make-up on and put a black flower in my hair to hold it back. I look at the time and deside to start heading down stair to wait for Alex. He is not here yet, so I sit out side on a bench and wait

Alex

I shake my head at her and head off home to change. Dancing? What do I wear dancing? I stand before my closet for a good ten minutes before putting on a pair of dark jeans and a button up shirt. Content with myself, I head back to the hotel and find her waiting for me there. i blush slightly with the way I look and smile at her.

"Ready?"
