Western Heights Station

Andrew

I sigh as Lily walks back over to the column next to Niall. Then I see someone stumble through the doors onto the platform that I recgonize.

Oh Gods...




METH! / Alex

I stumble drunken through the doors of the station. My ticket in my hand, a backpack over my shoulder. I look cautiously around the station. And in the corner of my vision I see him.

"Andrew!" I yell. He see's me, and then stiffens up. I walk over to him.

Then I see two other people standing next to a column. I recognize one.

"Niall!" I say.

Niall

A guy calls my name and I instantly know who he is, "Hey Meth...I-I mean Alex." I say, looking down.

Lilian

I glance down. Great. Another guy. I slide to sit on the floor and smile at Emery, who is awake again.

Meth!

I hear Andrew say to Niall,

"You know Meth?" he says. I turn to Andrew.

"Everyone knows Meth, dude." I turn back to Niall.

"So how have you been?" I said.

Kalen

Dude, seriously? A train station? Caleb complains.

Shut it, Cay. You've b**ched enough to last a lifetime, Conrad chimes in.

Trying my best to ignore them, I step through the doors, Sky Fate at my side. The Fates had handed us another task, though this one appeared riddled and difficult to crack. It led here either way.

Who asked you? Caleb argues.

No one, but you're annoying as hell, Conrad counters.

"Both of you shut up," I whisper to them, rubbing my head in frustration and waiting for Sky Fate to lead the way.

Meth!

I stand there as no one answers my question. Andrew flashes away. And Niall stands motionless. I move toward him slowly. It appears he fell asleep.

Man I wish I could do that

I look around, bored now. And then I see two hoodied figures.

"Well isn't this just turning into social hour for me..." I say. One of them looks in my direction.

"Sky Fate"

"Come on Kalen." I whisper to Kalen as we approached a group of people.

We were sent on yet another task by the Fates themselves, I just wish some of these weren't so encrypted and riddled. Me and Kalen went on this mission while leaving Bloody behind to rest after the last mission.

"Do you remember what our lady has said? What was the riddle to our task?" I ask him in a whisper.

Kalen

I so wish I had a body right now so I could walk alongside that wonderful slab of-

Don't you freaking dare finish that, Caleb, I scold mentally.

"Do you remember what our lady has said? What was the riddle to our task?" Sky Fate whispers to me.

Conrad informs me of the answer, being the one with somewhat of a memory, and I sigh before telling her what he knows.

"Something about lost and found, free and bound..." I squint, trying to remember the rest on my own, and curse myself mentally for not being able to, "We're looking for a person, possibly a pair. Opposites. That's... Sorry, Sky, that's all I recollect. My memory... it's not all that great, you know."

No sh*t. Do you even remember what you were thinking about before walking in here? Caleb asks.

I swear, if you do not shut up, I will end your miserable afterlife and send you straight back to roaming next to the flames of Tartarus, I threaten.

Meth

I have a tingle down my spine, a shiver you would say. I have a sense of danger.

"Something doesn't seem right about those to..." I say to myself.

"Sky Fate"

Wonderful Kalen doesn't remember much of the riddle and he's the one who recieved the riddle from our lady? Wonderful, we walk over to the group and stand on the platform waiting for the next train to come by hopefully soon. One of the people in the group watchs us and I feel some sense of hostitlity.

"Kalen at nine o'clock" I whisper to him.

Kalen

Depressed and feeling as if I let everyone down, I follow Sky Fate and ignore the mindless chatter taking place in my head.

"Kalen at nine o'clock," Sky Fate whispers.

My eyes dart towards the figure and I swallow, allowing myself to reach out with my inner being and examine his soul.

I hate it when you do that, Caleb says.

I thought he told you to shut up, Conrad reminds him.

Hostile. Suspicious.

I slip out of the boy's soul and close my eyes for a moment to ease the oncoming headache.

"Possible importance," I report to Sky Fate in a whisper.

Meth

I can tell that the two figures are talking. I can see there mouths moving. I can't read there lips because I'm too drunk. But I can tell. Now both of them are staring at me.

"Niall, don't wake up now, but there are too people in hoodies staring at me." I say, he's still sleeping.

Okay then, let's play

I walk behind the column and around the corner. So now I can see them, and they can't see me. I wait for them to follow.

Niall

I fell asleep easily but wake up, seeing Meth.

Ugh, I wasn't a dream.

I sit up and yawn when I see A girl with long blonde hair with shorts and a low cut tee walk in. I knew who it was immediatly. "RAYAH!" I yell, running over to her.

Rayah

I walk in to find someone. Didn't have a name on the paper. I snuck away from Jace, hopefully he was still asleep.

"RAYAH!" I hear Niall yell from across the room. I flash a smile and he nearly tackles me to the ground by a hug.

Meth~

I hear Niall wake up and say something.

"Rayah!" he says.

I peek around the corner. A girl with blonde hair walk up. Which must be Rayah.

"Hey! Niall! Over here!" I whisper-yell at him.

"Sky Fate"

"Give me a minute I need some water." I whisper to Kalen

I walk over to a vending machine and took out a huge amount of cash, ten's, twentes, fifties. All money I had saved up though my adventures in my previous life, a group of men came down the stair's seeing this and surrounded me.

"Hey gives us that cash now *****!" He yelled at me.

"If I give you a five will you go away?" I tell him in a low voice.

I heard a clicking sound behind me, I swiftly put my hand on the machine in the worse case senario that he would be stupid enough to try and kill me.

"I said give us ALL the cash." He demands.
