Western Heights Station

Presley/Volt

I nod, "Cool," I glance up at him before a train passes by and scares the crap out of me. I half-scream and practically fall off my chair, laughing.

"I hate it when that happens," I chuckle, standing and dusting myself off.

Presley/ Volt

I look up at him and flash a quick smile. "Nice," I sigh, tapping my fingers on the table while humming a song.

Ari/Quantum

She screams and jumps, falling out of her seat. I stand, caught off guard by her scream, and look around for what could have made her so jumpy other than the train. She laughs and stands, dusting herself off. I flash a smile at her and sit back down, taking a deep breath. She sits down and taps her fingers on the tables, humming.

Definitely has mood issues...

Presley/Volt

Suddenly all the lights flicker off.

"Ugh. Power outage." I muttered, sighing. I stand and press my hand to the wall, converting some of my electricity to the lights.

Nephil

"Come along Zaen" I said as I walked down the stairs to the station.

I walked down the stairs as Zaen who was looking at all the big city buildings finally came along, we were on a walk about of sorts. I remembered when Master Roku had gone on a walk about with me to see what the world had to offer for both a break from training so much and to get some time to vist old places of his, to see the world mainly. We bought our tickets and moved to the platform as we waited for our train.

Ari/Quantum

The power goes out for a moment before Presley uses her power to bring light back to the place. I glance over to the door to find two interesting looking figures. I make nothing of them and look back at Presley, sighing.

Zaen

I follow Master Nephil down the stairs of the station, amazed at how big everything is here. We buy our tickets and move to the platform, in wait of a train. I look around still, unable to wipe the grin off my face. It's been too long since I've set foot in a city.

Presley/Volt

The power comes back on and I sigh, sitting next to Ari this time instead of infront of him. I catch two figures outside before turning back to Ari quickly. I realize how cute he looked and Smiled. "So..." I start, "Wonderfull weather we're havin' huh?" I chuckle, talking about the storms sarcastically.

Nephil

I overhear the girl sitting at the table with another guy who look suspitiously like there in love. I look at Zaen who's gaze keeps looking around the station, and I finally snap my fingers to get her attention.

"Whats the one thing you would like to see most on this trip?" I ask her.

Ari/Quantum

She sits beside me this time and smiles.

"What?" I smile back, "You don't like storms?"

Zaen

Master Nephil snaps his fingers to get my attention and asks me what I want to see most on this trip. Thinking, I bite my lip and bring my hands up to sign.

The lights at night. I've never had the chance to see those. Or anything green. I've been on the beach all my life. It wouldn't hurt to get a change of scenery.

Presley/ Volt

I nod. "Sometimes," I smile. "Sometimes I just Like to run out in the rain at night and get soaked, that's fun," I chuckled, watching it rain.

Nephil

I nod at her wise choice of words.

"When Master Roku had taken me on a walk about he had asked me the same question, I had replied. "I want to go somewhere nice and quiet. since I live in a rather noisy city." I had told him." I said to her.

Ari/Quantum

I flash a smile at her and sit back, crossing my arms.

"I think storms are beautiful," I say, almost in a whisper, "It's like God's way of cleansing the earth, his personal light show."

I smile at him and nod.

I don't like the noisiness of cities, just the lights. You can't truly think without peace and quiet, I sign.

Nephil

I nod to what she signs.

"Yes that is why I chose to train you mainly underground back at the base. It's fairly quiet there and allows for maxamum concetration. Now what is it that you wish to accomplish on this walk about?" I ask.

Zaen

I bite my lip again, looking at the tracks. I don't know, but I don't want to disappoint him.

To learn a lesson? I guess.

Presley/Volt

I shrug, "Yeah. I guess so," I sigh, looking at the floor. "But sunshine is nice too."
I kick my feet up on the chair on the other side of me and lean back, taking a deep breath.
