I smile and kiss her cheek.

Selena

I smile at him and kiss his cheek back.

Mark

I smile back and sigh, watching her.

Selena

I watch him, still smiling, and cuddle up against him while closing my eyes.

Mark

I set the hand on the side of her face and stroke her cheek with my thumb, dazing out.

Selena

I smile and am completely at peace, but not tired yet.

Mark

I think about what's coming and what to do about it, surprisingly calm about our whole situation. Excitement jumps through my nerves, reminding me how much I wanted this. Who would have thought that Selena, of all people, would be who I ended up loving more than time itself?

Selena

I open my eyes to look at him and sigh, "I wish there was a way to speed up results," I sigh, "I can't take it any longer," I chuckle.

Mark

I smile and quickly kiss her, "I know. Me too. But we can't. Sucks..."

Selena

I nod, sighing, "Does suck."

Mark

I kiss her cheek, "But there are ways we can pass the time...without drinking."

Selena

I sigh, "How?"

Mark

I shrug, "I don't know. I was just trying to be an optimist."

Selena

I chuckle and shake my head at him, "Okay then."

Mark

I smile and kiss her forehead, "Yeah..."
