I grinned and floated up above him, testing the stregnth of my wings. "It feel's amazing!"

"Just wait until you know how to use them as well as I do."

"This is..." I spun around and flew to Riley, "this feels better than the first night you were here." I grinned, "and that's saying something."

Riley-

I smiled. "I'm glad you like it."

I hugged her to me, flexing my wings lightly to keep us in the air. Then, slowly, tenderly, i pressed my lips to hers, kissing her deeply as we revolved silently in the air, hundreds of feet above the ground, lost in space and time.

ARiana

If my feet were on the ground, I would have felt weightless. As it was I was I was hundereds of feet in the air, freezing and felt like I weighed a thousand pounds~in a good way.

Finally Riley pulled back and I knew my face was dissappointed, "Ariana..." he murmered holding me tight.

"Hm?"

"Will you marry me?"
I just lost the game.

Riley-

Ariana stared at me for a moment before throwing her arms around my neck.

"Yes!"

I smiled and kissed her hair, closing my eyes.

The perfect ending to a new beginning, i thought, smiling to myself. A faint autumn breeze traced my cheek.

**And unless you guys have anything to add to this, thus does AB2 end. I'll begin working on AB3, which will take place 30 years after the end of AB2. Feel free to play as one of the kids.**

Aedomir shot his head up. He was lying next to a great fire, the leaping flames bursting into the night sky. But something was amis. He could feel it.

He stood up, and moved to his horse. No time to wake up, he must leave.

After a short ride to the north, he came across the village of Verlmil. There wer many people running about, the wind whisking back their clothes.

**Sorry, i was busy the past day so i couldn't start this. Here we go...**

Ramere-

I sighed, running my hand distractedly through my hair as my eyes traveled the length of the page that sat on the desk in front of me. My lips pursed, my hands clenched, and yet i did not notice. Nor did i notice the shadow fall over me until a voice spoke.

"Any progress yet?"

I jumped up and spun, letting out a sigh of relief when i saw who it was.

"No," i reported, glancing back at the page. "I can't figure it out..."

"Don't worry about it. It will come to you when it comes to you. You cannot rush spells like these."

I looked up into the kind, blue eyes of my father. His dark hair, now graying slightly, fell in light wisps around his head. He stood with a slight stoop, though it was hard to tell.

The door opened and my mother walked in, leading my two sisters into the room. One, only seven years old, ran over and attached herself to my leg. I smiled softly.

"Ray, when are you gonna be done? I wana play!" she whined.

I stood up. "I'm done for now. What are we going to play?"

"Well, we have to get the others, first, silly!" she giggled, pulling me out of the room. The rest of them followed.

"Who others?"

"All of them! Caspan, Storm, Christian...everyone! We're all going to play!"

Cara-

Cara walked slowly through the woods. She was tired and worn out, but her spirits wouldn't be hurt.

You need to sleep. Fire asked,

"No, I'll be fine lets keep going." She smiled down at him,

Your too optimistic. He laughed rubbing up against her legs. He suddenly stopped and sniffed the air. Someone up ahead is hurt.

"Let's go find them then." She smiled running after Fire.

Storm-

Storm rubbed his arm and growled. Stupid dragon, Crest had always been a stubborn dragon and mama had always kept Crest after him. He growled inwardly. He should've known better then to try and scare taht stupid dragon, what had he gotten. A tail to the gut, that is what. He had been thrown a good distance from the house too. He stood up, his arms and back hurt from where he had fallen. He sighed, mama wasn't gonna be happy about this. He slowly started his treck towards home and moaned, maybe he had bruised his side up a little more then he thought, but thankfully that tree had saved his fall. He sighed, Crest was gonna be really mad when he found out who he shot into the sky. He heard running feet behind him and he spun around his hand going to his dagger. A girl and a wolf came into veiw. She came to a hault when she saw him and the wolf sniffed the air.

"Hello." He said waving, he hadn't seen her around before, or a wolf that looked like it did. She nodded and slowly walked towards him the wolf staying in front of him.

"Are you hurt?" She asked looking him over carefully.

"A tad bruised." He laughed, "How'd you know?"

"Fire can tell things like that." She replied, "You look fine, so I'll leave you to your own buisness." She turned to walk away.

If anyone finds out I let a girl walk off alone in these woods I'll be dead by more hten just mama and Crest. He sighed, the last thing he needed was the others thinkin he had gone and brought some lone girl home cause he thought she was cute. Well, she wasn't exactly his type. That wolf didn't help any either.

"You got somewhere to stay?" He asked,

"Nope, but that is my problem." She said smiling,

"Can I at least show you to the town?" He asked,

She looked at the wolf and whispered a few things to it.

"Alright." She was slow at following him, but was soon walking alongside of him the wolf between them.

Don't even think about getting anywhere close to her. A voice said sternly in his head. He looked down at the wolf surprised. Yes, I'm talking to you. I'll tear you to bits if you get close to her.

Nothing to worry about, Fire, I ain't about to hurt her and I don't plan on it either. He thought,

Keep it that way. He felt the wolf leave his mind and he shook his head.

A dragon and a demon wolf? I thought to myself. There are also people, maybe they know a place where I can stay for the night.

Taking a deep breath I stepped out of my hiding spot and approached them.

"Excuse me," I said loudly, "would either of you know of a place I can stay over night?"

I glanced at them nervously.

Aurelia

Avian blood tingled my senses. Mmmmmmmmmm I wanted it. I followed the scent, and soon I came apon him, and her, and another him and another her. Well there goes my dinner I thought and turned to walk away. But one of the Avian's caught my eye. He was looked just about as old as I did, maybe a year older.

His eyes met mine.

If my heart was still beating, it would have lurched right out of my chest.

Christian

Somehow, my little sister ended up being the only one in the family not being an Avain. At first it had concerned my parents, just that she may also have other "defects". But when she turned out perfectly fine, perhaps even better than the average baby they relaxed. I didn't like it when she refered to herself as the defect. She was a few years younger than I was, 24.

Today was one of the days when she would go off on it again. I gripped her by the shoulders and said "you're lucky!"

She glared back at me her eyes glistening with tears of hurt and anger, why did she let it get to her so? "How?"

"You don't have to worry about knocking stuff over like we do."

I grabbed a feather out of my wings, whispered a few words to it that my father had taught me and tried-yet again-to change her. As usual it didn't work.

"Sto-" She was interupted when our 7 year old cousin came in with Ray in tow.

"Come on guys! Let's play!" she said.
I just lost the game.

Cara-

Cara followed the guy timidly. Fire stayed close to her though. She felt him leave her mind for a little while then return.

You weren't being mean were you? She asked gently.

No He replied stiffly, she rolled her eyes, Fire could be a handful sometimes.

Storm-

Storm saw the girl as they drew closer to his house and town.

"There is a town up ahead, that is where we are headed, you can come along too. I have to stop at my house really fast, but other then that I have to show her where the town is so you are most welcome to come." He smiled, Maybe Crest wont figure out who he hit. The thought brought a smile to his face. That would be very good. Plus he would have his parents to deal with when he got back, if not his aunts and uncles too. He was bringing two tottally strange girls home, well he was grabbing something from the house then showig them the town. But still, they would want to know what was going oin, what he was up to now. Ever sense he took off and got in a fight with that stupid mage they were very cautious with him. He frowned, this was getting old.

Ramere-

I trailed behind my little sister, Carlie, as she made her way to the others houses. My other sister followed behind us, smiling slightly. I cast her a tolerant look. First stop was Storm, Velna, and Davnix's.

"Is Storm here, uncle Davnix?" Carlie asked, staring up at the man in the doorway. He smiled and shook his head.

"No, i think he went out earlier. He should be back in a bit, want me to tell him you were looking for him?"

Carlie nodded. "Yes, please!"

Next was Caspan and Christian's.

Carlie knocked on the door as i stood patiently behind her. It swung open to reveal Caspan.

"Caspan!" Carlie shrieked, attaching herself to his leg. He blinked in surprise and glanced at me. I shrugged.

"Will you play with us?" Carlie asked, looking up with her huge brown eyes. Caspan sighed. "Alright. Let's see if Christian wants to, too."

Carlie burst into the house and ran into the living room, and, spotting Christian sitting in a chair, she lunged forward and onto his lap.

I wondered how on earth she could have that much energy.

"Come on guys! Lets play!"

*I don't know what to do with her, she was following Caspan*

Kayla

I nodded, "thank you."

We started walking and I found myself trailing along behind. I had always been wary of people. I didn't know any I could trust.

"What is your name?" The boy asked.

"Kayla."

Christian

I smiled at the little girl sitting on my lap, "what game?"

She shrugged, "let's just play!"
I just lost the game.

-Aedomir
Aedomir rode fast through the air, wind between his hair. After a short while, he got off his horse and stepped towards the house in the centre of the village. It was quite a sweet little house, flowers covering the arches the made a sweet door. He hesitated at the doorbell, but it swung open to reveal the owner; a goddess.

Caspan-

I went to stand next to Ramere, who was regarding the two of them with an amused smile.

"Taking a break?" i asked. He glanced at me.

"Yeah."

"Hmm...and what made your black heart decide to play with a seven year old"

He scowled at me, rolling his eyes. "My heart is no blacker than yours, Caspan. And i needed a break."

I smiled and shrugged just as little Carlie went plodding past, dragging Christian after her. I snickered and exited after them, Ramere following closely behind.

"So, Carlie, what are we gonna play?" i asked nonchalantly.

She glanced back at me. "We're gonna play hide-and-go-seek!"

I chuckled, casting Ramere a amused glance. "That hardly seems fair for you."

"I know, i could find you all in seconds if i wished. But, I'm not a cheater, unlike some people i know."

I rolled my eyes and pointedly ignored him as we wove out way through the streets.
