Nabaat Graveborn - inside the Temple of Water

I sighed as I see the inside of the temple once more, it has been a long time since I had been here. The Black Pearl had grown quite since stepping though the door, but soon I was encountered with an old voice from my knighthood.

"Naby? Naby is that you?" I hear.

"Yes Fae it's me, how did you get here?" I reply in my head to Fae.

"Oh thank the heavens it's you! After you took up the Black Pearl as you're new knighthood I had feld here hiding within the the temple in hopes that you would hear the call once more of you're old knighthood." Fae said.

"But Fae, I need the power of the Black Pearl, I needed it to help Angelus. Besides I have made a pact with it to help Angelus to become Master Knight." I said.

"But you can take me back up now, you can go though the metamorphasis to become as strong as you are with me and not become corrupted by the Black Pearl, even now it's eatting away at you're free will."

Ever- Temple of Water
We walk into the temple. Something feels horribly out of place, but I can't tell what. I see a white pearl on the altar and, thinking that that might be what's causing my disquiet, I pick it up and inspect it. It surface is perfectly smooth; there's nothing amiss about this pearl. I place it carefully in my pocket and turn to the other White Pearl Knight.
"It's late, we best get to sleep," I say. I allow myself to smile briefly, remembering tucking my siblings in after a long day; their ceaseless chatter quieting to whispers. I shake the thoughts of my old life away, knowing they'll only bring discontentment.
When I was young, I admired clever people. Now that I am old, I admire kind people.

"Honestly Fae if that's it then I'll take my leave then." I said turning around and walking to the door.

"Please Naby don't go I'm so lonely here, I miss that bright cheerful girl that I had for a misstress so many year's ago." Fae said.

I stop right at the exit at Fae's words, I'm sure Fae was seeing this and I hoped the Black Pearl couldn't hear any of this due to me being in the temple. I take a deep breath, and relax and begin to talk in a much more caring voice, almost like I had never been controlled by the Black Pearl.

"Fae, when it comes time, I'll be back for you. Once I know the new rookies are strong enough to handle themsevles even against me. I'll turn my back on the Black Pearl and come back for you, I promise." I said.

Fae was silent for a short while like it was thinking.

"Alright Naby, I'll hold you to you're word." Fae said.

"Thank you Fae." I said aloud.

I walk out and use my sword to cut a new portal just outside the temple.

Kataria Night
I walked through the portal and tilting my head up looked at the Moon temple also known as Notre Dame. I let my lips curl into a slightly lazy smile and then walked into the temple. Letting my intuition guide me I was lead up into the highest point in the Cathedral. I could see the moon and stood smiling still. "Alright I'm here now what?" I asked the full moon. I had the sudden urge to start chanting so I did aloud allowing my voice to echo across the Cathedral. "Isis, Astarte, Diana, Hekate, Demeter, Kali, Innana." I chanted my voice growing more powerful as I continued to watch the moon make it's lazy way across the sky. I never felt so at peace nor so powerful. I closed my eyes changing chants letting intuition guide me giving myself completely over to the power I felt "Honored maiden huntress, Artemis, Artemis, New moon, come to us. Silver shining wheel of radiance, radiance, Mother, come to us. Honored queen of wisdom, Hecate, Hecate,
Old one, come to us." I kept chanting smiling. I had no idea what I was doing or why all I knew was that something encouraged me to keep chanting so I did or even who the us was because I was the only one here as far as I knew.

Carrie-

Ever and Carrie walked into the Temple of Water. The air felt cool and moist against her skin. She tilted her head to look at faded pictures of what looked to be massive tidal waves and the sort. "Would I be able to do that ?" She thought. She shivered, imagining so much power in one person.

Ever's voice woke her from her thoughts,"It's late, we best get to sleep."

"Um, okay. We'll figure out the altar thing tomorrow, then." Carrie responded, trying to keep her voice from echoing, as Ever's had.

Sable de Ancariis - Temple of Earth | The Amazon

I was late. On reaching the training grounds, I found them empty. The only signs that my fellow rookies had been here were the remnants from their trainings - gashes in the floor, scuff marks among others on the walls.

Just as I was wondering where to go, I heard somethin whisper in my mind. The Tmple of Earth.... Before it could complete it's sentence, however, one of the senior Knights passed by. It was a White Pearl Knight - Mina, I think - who turned to me and told me,"Rookies have been ordered to their temples. What are you doing here, kid?"

I shook my head - "I was late and -"
Before I can say another word, she'd opened a portal for me. I stepped through, wondering what lay beyond. I touched the guns at my waist, feeling reassured by the weight, and begin the walk to the Temple of the Earth.
_____________

I reach the Temple only by nightfall, and noticed Sam was already there. He was kneeling in front of the throne place in the center of the room. I looked around, wondering what I should do for the second time that day. Looking back at Sam, I heard a voice in my mind. Kneel and meditate on the throne before you.

The voice startled me, filling my head from inside out. In that second I realized the Emerald was trying to help me undergo the metamorphosis that all of us trained for. I kneeled, and concentrated, already feeling somethng changing inside me.

Ever-
We settle down for the night, me across the hall from Carrie, close enough to hear her shout, though we're probably safe in the temple. I take out the white pearl before I go to sleep, wondering if there's a proper protocal for finding lost pearls.
"Alright Naby, I'll hold you to your word," I hear. I look around for the source; but the words seem to come from the pearl itself. Fainter than the first, more of an echo than a whisper, a second voice answers.
"Thank you, Fae," the voice said. So the owner's name was Fae. I listened, wanting to learn more about this Fae, but the conversation seemed to be done because the pearl remained silent. Sighing, I settled in for the night.

Jake|Temple of Wind/windmill/New Orleans

*Kiara and I both split at the African Airport. I caught another plane but this time it was to New Orleans, America. I was asleep the whole time. I couldn't believe it when the flight attendant woke me up and told me to buckle up for landing.
When I got out of the airport, I called the first cab that went past, hopped in and started to go to the windmill that called my Amythest crystal.*
Now I have reached my destination and was walking inside to find it transformed as soon as I went inside. The inside was truly a real temple. I couldn't believe my ears when the Amythest spoke to me.
"Jacob Goldstine. It is time for you to gain your full powers." It told me.
I nodded and started to meditate. As I did so, I felt a tingling sensation spreading through my body. Then, I blanked.

(*Recap on how he got there.*)

Sam - Temple of Earth

He opens his eyes and finds Sable at his side. Something whispers inside of him and he stands, taking a few steps backwards. An idea comes across him, one of the few that tended to make sense, and he acts on it before it twists into something bizarre. He walks out of the temple and draws one of his swords, remembering the way the Master Knight performed this before. Cutting the air straight downwards, a swirly portal pops up. He sheathes his sword and finds himself staring at it before shaking his head and stepping through.

Off to find the others...
I'm never what I like
I'm double sided
And I just can't hide
I kind of like it
When I make you cry
'Cause I'm twisted up, twisted up

Terrance - Temple of Fire

I heard the other diamond knight coming, and I moved away from the altar to make room for her. We smiled at each other in passing as I took a torch and moved into the hallway. It was dark in the hallway, and I moved through in a bubble of orange light. "Ok, Diamond," I said, "So you can talk now, huh? Well, where's Nabaat?"

All I got was a single word: "East." Well that helped a lot, since we were on the west coast! I shook my head. Then, the diamond said another word: "Portal."

"Yeah," I said, "I have to get an older knight here to portal me back to the Realm of Knights. Real helpful, there." I rolled my eyes.

"Open a portal yourself," said the Diamond. I wasn't so sure. Then again, I felt, somehow, like I could do it. So I pulled my sword out of its sheath, and, like I had seen the older knights do, ripped it through the air. A swirling portal opened in front of me. Feeling quite happy and proud of myself, I stepped through into the Realm of Knights.

Angelus Pacis | Outside the Temple of Earth

I wandered through the jungle as I thought about Nabaat. My aching heart continued to call for her, asking her to come and hold me. Once I was sure I was alone, I summoned the Grey Crystal and watched it become a septer. I jammed the septer in the ground. "I still want her. I can't deny my feelings. I was so honorable enough to take full responsibility for her mistakes. Wasn't that enough to convince her that I loved her back?"
The Emerald soothed, "Patience, dear Master. Your heart remains true to your love. Let your heart be your strength and guide you through the trials and tribulations that are yet to come. You are a good Master Knight, the veteran of your generation. You love the one who is now your enemy, yet you know she's waiting for you. The second you have her in your arms, hold on tight to her."
I nodded. "Gracias, Esmeralda. In all my years as your Knight, you never steered me wrong." I took the septer out of the ground and the septer became a round medallion around my neck. It was time to go to work. My heart couldn't wait. Whether the rookies knew it or not, Nabaat was bound to be mine and I would do anything in my power to make her mine.

Nabaat Graveborn

I cracked my knuckles and swung my sword onto my shoulders as the rookie backed up unsteadily scared out of his mind as my sword dripped blood as I finished up the female diamond knight after I made her beg for her life. The diamond knights were finished and dead, my vengence absolute.

"Cio kids, I got a message to deliver to your master." I said as I grabbed the female diamond knight.

I tore open a portal with my sword and made my way to the temple of earth, I landed on a strong brach far above and I saw Angelus far below. I threw the body downward and it lands and his head bolts up seeing me, I walk away and back into the portal. No words spoken my heart, aching.

Angelus Pacis | Amazon Jungle

I spotted Nabaat and attempted to follow her, but her portal closed up before I got through. I stomped my foot in angry, cursing in as many languages that I knew of. "I almost had her and she slips past me." I pounded my head against the nearest tree repeatedly. "I'm such an idiot. Every time I try to finally confess my love, something gets in the way. When will all this bad luck ever happen to someone else for a change? I've had it up to my ears with all this bad luck." I punched the tree until my fists were bleeding. After that, I looked at the corpse. Camile. I smirked. No doubt a message saying that Nabaat had her revenge against Camile and James. I took Camile's Diamond. "Diamond Knights may be traditionalists in marriage, but they're not judges in true love." I used a portal to get back to the Realm of Knights. There was work needed to be done and I was a man on a secret mission.
