Caius Riot

I looked at Dani, I was half in pain half in dazed, I nod to her. And see everyone has finally cleared out.

"Yea just need some rest." I said.

Dani

I nod and him and lift everyone in the room into the air by telekenisis and lead him to a chair. I kneel beside him and smile, "Relax." I look over at the people, trying to still keep them in the air.

Charlotte

He suddenly snapped out of it and edged away from me. I let out a long breath I didn't know I was holding.

For a second, I felt a burst of fear somewhere from the direction of where I just left. I furrowed my eyebrows and rolled on my heels, trying to shake that lingering feeling away.

"Uh, Charlotte," I said clumsily. Why was I born such an awkward child?

A small spark of pain shot through me. I stiffened visibly and Reu raised a questioning eyebrow though he didn't say anything. I smoothed out my dress and tucked a stray strand of hair behind my ear for the lack of anything better to do. Making conversation wasn't my strong point.

I dared another glance at him, though I had to crane my neck up to meet his gaze. For a split second, I let a smile crawl its way onto my lips.

Reuben

What he saw... It was good this time, light and carefree as his life still should be.

Charlotte looks up at him, slightly smiling, and he glances at her, smiling back. Then two particularly ominous feet grasp his attention and he turns to them, swallowing. He glances at the first girl, who looks at Charlotte and him as well, and then back to the shoes.

The row of seats above them are thrown backwards, a metal bar slamming into Reuben's forehead. He falls on his back and tries to sit up, his eyes closing instead.

Scout

I was crouching on the ground, and then I was suddenly floating in the air. Looking around wildly, I noticed that other's were floating with me. My attention was drawn to the girl on the stage. She was the done doing this.

I watched as she grabbed a chair and had the guy sit down in it. He looked worn out; and she looked like she was having trouble concentrating. Every time she lost concentration, we seemed to drop a little lower, she would then get her concentration back and we would drift higher.

So, we have to distract her. I thought.

Caius Riot

I stand up after a few minutes and Dani looks at me and then back at the crowd. I could have swore she looked at me to just look.

"Drop the chairs, and bring me those three." I said pointing at three students.

She does as I say while droping everyone but those three. She floats them over and look over each of them.

The snow kept on falling around me yet i couldn't feel the cold like the others. I began feeling weak and fatigue. thats when the snow started to thin out. slowly the radius around me got smaller, till it was falling on my head gently before stopping. the teacher was real creeped out. The way he stared at me was annoying. It was just to bad I didn't have enough energy to vent my anger. I couldn't even steady myself or focus at all.

Charlotte

In one snippet of my memory, I remember that I managed to coax a smile out of Reu.

The next, a blackout of pain, mine mixed with others.

I was literally defying gravity, bruised and scratched, floating almost a metre above the ground. In fact, it wasn't just me. Its like Earth just decided to forget a little chunk of itself and switched off the gravity button. When I looked over, I could see Reu levitating like me, though because of the lack of static, I assumer that he's unconcious

The girl who was with Reu too was floating. Slowly, I felt myself being pulled towards a girl who seemed hellbent on staring at us. Was she doing this? The girl and Reu was slowly gliding towards her as well. What was happening?

Caius Riot

I looked at each of them only two of the three I honestly cared for, I looked to Dani who was still staring at them who must have to, to keep them in the air.

"Get rid of this one shes unexposed, shes no use to me." I said.

The girl flew away into the crowd that was probably the last time I was going to see her after this. I grabbed the other two by there shirts and told Dani she can let go. When she did I took both over my arm and placed them in the same barrior as the rest.

Reuben "Rue"

Reuben's eyes flutter open, his skin cold and mind mixed. Several others surround him now, Charlotte at his side. He jumps up and spins around, his head aching like hell.
"W-what happened?" He asks, his voice slightly shaking.

Char Caverly

I groaned and tried to coax the earsplitting pain out of my head. Fear seeped into my skin and a creaked open an eye to see Reu, slightly keeled over from whatever pain he was experiencing. Maybe the pain he felt was the pain I felt.

"W-what happened?" He asks shakily.

I rubbed my temples and glared at the figure that stood near us. It was the person who literally fell from the sky (or at least rooftop).

"I dunno," I said grumpily.

I look at them as they woke, I poked the barrior to make sure that they were trapped, I sit down to relax. Because creating yet another barrier was both excessly was painful, and tiring. Dani wasn't looking to hot herself from using her telekinesis for so long.

"Don't try to escape, no one can break these barrier's without me." I said.

Char Caverly

I frowned and clenched my teeth. Hoping that eyes could really drill holes into a person's mind, I glared at him, wrinkling my nose in annoyance. Reu was still woozy though I could feel his conscious sharpening up again.

"What do you want?" I said.

I got up shakily and wobbled to the barrier, my hands balled up in fists. I made a feeble punch on the barrier yet it didn't make a single difference.

I sighed and sank down again, leaning my head on the barrier.

"Who are you?" I spat.

Caius Riot

"My name is Caius Riot. A temporary government agent assigned to round up all those exposed to the chemicals over the summer last year."

I pulled off my two handed sword and rested it on the ground so I could sit more comfortably, then my D.E that I was given before dropping though the glass roof. I took out the clip and put it in a separate pocket so the gun didn't go off unwanted.

Dani

I nod at what Caius said. She turns to me and smirks. "And who are you? His guard or something."

I clench my fist and she flies into the wall. I un-clench them and she falls on her feet. I smirked to myself and sat down in one of the chairs, resting my feet on the other one. "There's no way I'm his guard. I'm not that strong. And I'm Daniella Sky but if you Call me that then I will seriously punch your face off. Call me Dani and I'll be fine with it." I snap at her.
