Tuckers Academy in southern Vermont is one of the highest ranked private schools in the United States, even attracting those from other countries, and the students that go there are all but ordinary. Around one year ago, during one of the summer programs, something in one of the chemistry labs went wrong and, in turn, changed those in the room and the rooms around it forever...

Those exposed to the fumes in the accident that happened soon developed "special abilities", but each ability had a downfall, each caused one problem for the infected. You can choose to be a teacher (exposed or not) or a student (exposed or not) though we will need more students than anything. History: Reuben was born to two very wealthy parents in San Diego, who heard about the academy through his father's work and decided to send him there. At age fourteen, Reu was uprooted from his home and shipped off to live with a hired "nanny" in Vermont.
His grades dropped after his sophomore year, causing him to help out with the summer program. While in one of the labs, he accidentally bumped a vile of yellowish liquid onto the floor, breaking the glass. The liquid turned into what appeared to be ash, and a yellow cloud began to spread across the room and hallway.
When he woke the next morning, his teal eyes had turned black and his thoughts seemed louder than before. On his way down the stairs to grab breakfast, rushed images flooded his mind and created what seemed to be the scene of a death. He'd ignored it and turned the news on as he ate. Two hours later, a report came in about the very death he'd foreseen, thus beginning his new life.

Personality: Reu is reserved and a bit of a loner, though he does have a few friends. He's independent but skittish. His thoughts jumble together and he loses control of his own mind when he has a vision. Afterwards, he's shaky and paranoid, jumping at shadows until he can calm down.

Power: Prophecy. His limiting factor is the fear that comes after and the loss of grip on his true reality.

Other: Up for love, but he's no prince. He's a headcase waiting to breakdown.

History: Ms. Sharpe first applied for a teaching position at Tuckers Academy fresh out of an ivy league college, landing her as an science teacher. Each year she ran the school's summer program, at least the science division, and had no incident until the past summer.
She was walking into the lab as yellow smoke clouded the air. In an attempt to isolate the problem, she tried to shut the door but was too late. The hallways flooded with the gas as it infected anyone around. Her tutors, her students, everyone.
She didn't realize the damage done until a week later, when her muscles ached and she came down with what appeared to be a chest cold. But when she looked in the mirror, it wasn't her staring back. Her appearance had completely changed, and with a few blinks she did again.

Personality: Monica is bright and cheerful, always trying to excite her students about what they learn. She is helpful and caring, patient as well. But she also has a dark side, which is where her pride and senile attitude come in. She always manages to keep her alter ego hidden around her students, finding pure joy in knowing she's preparing them for the future. Though after the spill she began to believe that maybe there is no such thing as bright futures, at least not ones that last...

Power: She's a Chameleon. Her limiting factor is the change in personality that comes with each new appearance.

Other: Not quite up for love, especially not with the students. But if a fellow teacher were to catch her eye...

History:
Personality: Very conservative. She's a bit traditional because of her parents but she can be open - minded or at least she tries to be. She tries hard to act normal but she gradually realizes she is different yet the same as the others. She is a bit witty at times but it can turn to sarcasm. She is sensitive though she hides it. Power: Fire but she seems to set things on fire when she gets angry or too happy. Basically all the time she is setting fire to things because of her strong emotions. (that okay?)
