Calla:

I dodged Cora's attack and slithered to where Rayah ran and slipped into a base.
"Rayah, I don't feel good about this." I told her, transforming back into my human form. "Cora just attacked me back there. We used to be friends." I looked up at her. She just scoffed.

"Forget it Calla, it doesn't matter anymore." She continued walking deeper into the base.

"You're right." I looked behind me and noticed more people following us.

Rayah-

"Don't worry I got this. They're just amitures. We can beat them. Just stay positive. Trust me." I turned around and turned back into human form. I swung from a tree and landed inside the safe base with Calla following right behind me.

Adrian

I had manage to get most of the way to the base when I was attacked. A.J had come from the shadows around me, blending in perfectly. She tackled me to the ground, and we rolled a couple feet before I pushed her off of me. She landed with thud and was momentarily down. Using this time, I sprinted the next mile, and then slid in to the base.

I stood up and dusted myself off. In front of me was Rayah and Calla. I gave a small smirk and we walked into the base together.

Rayah-

"Their easy arent they." I smiled as I looked at Adrian. "My guy couldn't climb a tree." I smirked and rested my feet on a table and I sat on a chair.

Calla:

I smiled at Adrian slightly, and looked for the others.

"Guys, where's Diablo?" I asked suddenly, realising that one of the more unstable members of our group was missing.

"He broke off from the group earlier. I though he was just taking a different route." Rayah said, looking unconcerned.

"Rayah, seriously. We have to look for him." I looked at Adrian, hoping she'd agree.

I got to base with very little difficulty. I was greeted by stares.
Calla snapped, "Where in the world did you run off to? I thought you were with us."
I said calmly, "Forgive me, senorita. I was bored, so I went off on my own to look for fun. I stole me some nice bits of jewelry on my way here." I chuckled darkly. "My first steal since we split and those goody-goodies never touched me. I went a different way and got me some loot to stash in my room. Speaking of which, I have some sorting to do. Aidos, amigos." I went to my room, bolted the door for a good measure, and sorted out the loot I got. It was easy to sort out jewelry by gemstones, since I had a thing for jewels either way.

Cora talks about herself as a lynx in third person.

Cora

It was horrible fighting Calla, we were once friends. We ran off fighting, my lynx howling and screaming at the top of it's lungs. I couldn't bear to fight her anymore so I slashed her across her body quickly and ran off.

I found Laiel fighting in his Lion form. I helped him fen off his attacker. "What's the plan?" I asked.

Laiel shrugged, " I haven't got one at the moment."

"We're screwed," I remarked. I may have seen him nod to that.

I scold myself, storming off to find the other, and stumble across Cora and Laiel. I hesitated. Great. I could have had her.

I make my appearance to the two and try to hide my embarrassment.
Maybe I didn't want to...

"Hey, how'd it go with you guys?" I ask, hoping I wasn't completely alone.

Whoa, whoa, wait a minute... What? I'm sorry I didn't post sooner, but... Laiel was supposed to have a plan (please don't put words in his mouth), and no one even attacked me in the first place that I saw (please don't make my character do anything I didn't have him do; these are universal storybook rules), so now I have to scramble around just to make sense.

Laiel

Laiel blinked, still trying to catch up to what had just happened. Suddenly Cora and Jayden were both there, asking questions.

"I don't know," he answered Jayden truthfully. "I didn't even get to move and someone jumped out at me; I couldn't even tell who." Then I turned to Cora, and idea coming to mind. "I might know how to get Diablo down, though. He likes shiny things, right? So we just set a trap for him - maybe in a jewelry store or museum or some place like that." He realized that he'd said 'we' when the others could very well be busy. "If you want to help, that is."

Diablo Draco

After I finished sorting my loot, I spread my wings and stretched them up a little. I yawned a bit and hid the loot I gained in various places. After unbolting the door, I laid down as I shifted from human to dragon. I was a little sleepy from a good steal. I laid there on the floor and was about to fall asleep when I detected someone was at the door. I growled deeply and murmured, "¿Cuándo puedo descansar en paz? Maldita sea, si puedo, maldita sea, si yo no puedo. When can a dragon ever get some sleep after robbing a jewel store?" I was in no mood for talking. I needed a nap from my steal and excruciating sorting ritual.

Blighton-

Hunter was not far away. I picked up my pace and chased after her scent. I came to a clearing and she was standing there in human form. I knew she was fast and would just tire me out by making me chase her, so I slowly crept closer. She was talking to someone on her team but I couldn't tell who as I changed back to human form, I listened to their conversation.

Blighton-

I recognized the voice. It was that Roger boy the one that could turn into a ferret. If only Elsa was nearby. We could launch an attack together and make it harder for them to realize who was attacking them.

I quickly got bored of just saying in the hideout with nothing to do. I knew that Diablo was sleep, and it was best not to disturb him when he was. Who knew where everyone else was. Sighing to myself, I quickly got back up and left the hideout. Maybe I could find one of those goodie-to-shoes and play. Grinning to myself, I felt the anticipation build up and took back off through the forest, hoping to find someone.

Elsa
Someone shouted to shift, and I immediately took to the skies, scanning for Roger. I saw a few, quick fights, but it seemed everyone was pretty evenly matched and no one got hurt. I still hadn't found the ferret from my bird's eye view, so I sweeped lower, letting myself coast for awhile, the wind running through my feathers, cool and sharp.
Down below, I see Roger talking to Hunter, and pull down for a landing, angling to land silently next to Blighton who's watching the two.
I land undetected, and allthough Blighton gives a slight start from my sudden appearance, the two shifters in front of us are too intent on their conversation to notice. I look towards Blighton and cock my head to the side, wondering what to do, tensed to spring if he gives the word.
