Rayah-

I smiled as Jake winked at me. "Well yeah, I kinda don't want to be called a boy... That's REALLY awkward." I laughed. I walked around the room to think of good crew names. "But I've got notin' " I frowned. "But that Never Kids one was pretty cute." I smiled at Jake.

Peter Pan
"Hey Peter, can we move on?" That woke me out of my daze. When I had brought Stom here to Neverland, I hadn't noticed it, but she looked like Wendy. A lot. They could be twins. I shook my head and went on down the line, pretending to survey my crew, but really, I was trying to forget Wendy. No, Peter, don't think about that traitor! She decided to grow up, she decided to leave Neverland. She left you, Peter. When I got to the end of the line, I took a deep breath and said, "Nibs." Nobody came forth. I said a little louder, impatiently, "Nibs." Then I remembered that there was no Nibs. Not anymore.

I turned to the boy who looked like a good runner. Jake, I believed was his real name. "You will be a lookout. You know, warn us of pirates coming."

He nodded and grinned. "I could do that."

"Good. And I'm going to call you Nibs for now on, so get used to it."

I went back in front of the crew and told them, "The only rule I have is that you follow my orders.Paying attention to what I say can very well save your life on Neverland."

I drew my knife, looking at the blade for a second, then said seriously, "And if we ever get in a fight with Hook, leave him to me. I've beaten him before, and if we get in another battle, he'll lose the other hand."

Capt. Jas. Hook
Smee, the bumbling First Mate aboard the Jolly Roger, knocked on the captain’s quarters, calling out in a timid voice, “Cap’n, the lookout just noticed that the Island is waking up again. Smoke is coming from the savages’ camp, coconuts are ripening again, and the monkeys are screeching.”

A few seconds later, a tall, foreboding man with black as night curls and wearing a gaudy red coat and feathered hat, burst out. He twisted the hook that he had in place of his left hand on. When it clicked into place, he held the sharp tip to Smee’s eye. “Did you see Pan? If I find out how he leaves, I can catch him when he comes back. And then,” he smiled a cruel smile, his blue eyes turning black with the though. “Then, Peter Pan is all mine, and I’ll throw him to the croc, same as he did with my hand.”

Smee was still staring at the tip of the hook, not an inch from his eye. “Y-y-y-yes, cap’n. I’ll tell the crew to be on the lookout, for Pan. And I’ll have them ready Long Tom.” Then he scurried away from Captain Hook, scared out of his wits. Hook walked over to the starboard rail, looking out over the Island. Soon, Pan. Soon.

Rayah-

I smiled. "Can I help you? I'm extreamly good at fighting. Trust me. I am." I grinned. "I could probrably take you on Peter." I laughed. I've always been confident. Just because boys think I'm too pretty to be tough and fight, I am.

I took a knife from my belt and twirled in in between my fingers. He looked at me up and down. "You? Rayah, do you know how dangerous this is?" I nodded. "Look, lots of people underestimate me just from how I look. Just beacause I'm blonde doesn't mean I can't beat up anyone. So can I help ya' or not?"

When Peter asked me to be his lookout I threw my fist in the air and said, "Yess!! I could do that." I had a job I was so excited and on my first day too. I didn't care much for fighting but I loved, spying, scouting and watching. I would be a pro at this job.

When the girl Rayah volunteered to help fight I said "I believe in her." I said "But Rayah, wouldn't you like to I dunno practice on some other pirates and stuff first before you take on Captain Smith. He's tough and Peter's has had years of experience.I mean I mean not that you can't fight or anything of course you can." I slap myself on the forehead. "I just think the Never Kids or Lost boys would be sad if you took on more than you can handle."

Jake-

I held up my hands, "My dad used to always tell me 'Son, don't bet with a girl. You will lose in the end.The one time I did I ended up marrying your mother.' So, no I won't because I know you will win and I will end up looking like an idiot. But if I were to bet what would I get if I win and would you get if you win?"

While Nibs and Rayah went back and forth about their bet, I turned to the others. Storm and the girl with black hair, Evelynn, had kind of migrated together, and they were sitting on a log, not talking. maybe it was because of the fact that she reminded my of Wendy, but I sat next to Storm and asked, "So do you like Neverland?"

She blushed deeply and said quietly, "Yes! It's exactly like I pictured it. Just like in the movie."

Again, I was confused at the word 'movie', but I brushed that aside and said, "Everybody seemed to know what I was talking about when I said that you all are on Neverland. How did all of you know about it?"

I was starting to pinch myself, I still couldn't fully believe it. It was everything like I have ever imagined. I stood up against a wall, two girls sat next to me, a girls named Evelynn and the other I knew to be Storm, they were very quiet no they didn't speak at all.

Across the room Rayah and Jake were betting on something an Peter was coming towards them, but weirdly enough he sat down besides Storm and asked her "So do you like Neverland?" She blushed "Wow that girl is shy" I thought to myself. She answered with a very quiet voice "Yes! It's exactly like i pictured it. Just like in the movie." For a moment Peter looked confused and he asked another question about how we knew about Neverland, this time i answered. "Well we grew up with the stories, almost every kid and adult in the world know your name!"

Rayah-

Jake asked me what he would have to do if he lost. "Well...I don't really like those kinds if bets. Where you have to do something in return. So, nothing. It's just for fun." I smiled. "And If you win, I won't do anything for you." I bit my lip. "But if you think your gonna get beat by a girl thats fine with me." I wen't over to where Storm and the others were.

Jake/Nibs-

I wandered over to listen to what the girls were discussing with Peter. He looked very confused as they tried to explain to him why he was famous in our world. I was about to tell them when I heard a noise outside on the ground. I saw a man waving his arms around. He was tall and buff and had long hair.He looked Hawaiian and was calling,"Peter! Peter! Come down I have something to tell you!" Since it was my duty as lookout to tell Peter what was happening around our tree I ran inside and said, "Peter, there's a hawaiian man wanting to see you."

Peter, Peter Pan was talking to me--again! I tried not to hyperventilate. The second time Peter stated to talk to me, Rayah saved me. But Rayah was off somewhere flirting with Jake--er Nibs.
Anyway, it was funny how Peter didn't know how or why he was famous and me and the dark-haired girl Evelynn tried to explain it to him. I got to show my intense knowledge and facts which left me slightly embarrassed and proud at the same time. Peter looked extrememly confused as we tried to explain movies to him. Then Nibs--Jake! told Peter there was a Hawaiian man waiting for him. Was he an Indian? Definitely not what I expected. I wonder if I was going to meet more fantastic people! Already I had met Peter, Teacher, and now probably and Indian! I dreaded the day I would meet a pirate, or Hook. I couldn't see how Rayah was so excited. Anyway, as Peter walked over, I looked at Tink, furious and red, on a log and smiled at her, "Are you excited about having more Lost Boys?" I couldn't believe my nerve! I usually didn't speak to people but Tink seemed sweet, at least in Disney.

That girl who looked like Wendy was talking to me. I already hated her. It was obvious that Peter had noticed that she looked like Wendy, and he was already smitten with her, even though I'm sure he didn't know. When the girl, Storm, I think was her name, tried to talk to me, I could feel my glow getting a hotter red and I flew up in her face, screaming furiously at her to leave Peter alone. But of course she didn't understand me, so I used every gesture that I knew to be offensive, then flew over to Peter and landed on his shoulder, grumbling about the cows tht he had brought to Neverland. He shushed me and nodded at the native lookout to go on.

Peter Pan
Swift Boar grunted to me, ending in a high whistle. It meant, "Hook found the Chief's little son, and captured him to try to find your hideout. The Chief is angry and wants your head for this. It isn't the first time that his son's been captured so that Hook can get to you."

I nodded and grunted back, "And I'll get him back, just like I have those other times. Don't worry, and tell your chief not to go on the warpath. I just got a new crew, and none of them are ready to fight yet."

He nodded and melted back into the jungle. I turned to the Never Kids and told them, "Hook captured the Mollusk Chief's son. I'll be back."

I lept up into the air, but Rayah grabbed my ankle. "Don't just leave us here! You said I could help. Let me fight a few pirates!"

I shook my ankle free and shook my head. "I know I said that you could help, but there isn't really much to this. It'll just be Hook, Smee, and a few others. I'll be in and out with the boy in no time. And really, you think you're ready, but you're not."

"At least let me come!" She pleaded.

I sighed in frustration and said exasperatedly, "Fine, you can come, but you're to stay on the shore, out of sight of the pirates. Got it?"

Rayah-

I nodded exitedly. "Thank you Peter, you won't reget this." I ran after him as he flew away. He was standing on the beach and I met him there. "So do I just stay here?" I asked smiling.

Peter Pan
A few of the other Never Kids ran onto the beach as well, and I told all of them, "Stay here, stay out of sight of the Jolly Roger, and whatever you do, don't get shot by the cannon. If you see a dingy leave the ship, run for the Hideout. Tink'll show you how to lock it up." Tink crossed her arms and turned red with anger, but I left her with them and swooped up into the sky, keeping the sun behind me so that I'd be harder to see.

Once the lookout spotted me and called down, "Pan!" I knew that the suprise was gone. I I landed in the rigging and called down, "Oh, Captain Hook! Did you miss me?"

He barged out of his Quarters and barked at his crew, "Ready Long Tom!" Then he called up to me, "Why don't you caome down here and fight me like a man, boy? And I believe I have something that you want." He moved to show the Mollusk boy, huddled by a mast, his hands tied behind his back and a pirate holding a knife to his throat.

I drew my dagger and swooped lower, still ten feet above even the tallest pirate's head. They couldn't fire the cannon, at the risk of damaging their own ship. "Let the boy go, Hook. This is between you and me."

He told the blonde pirate, a lad named Johnny, "Let the savage go." Johnny cut the boy's bonds and the boy silently slid off the ship into the water, swimming towards shore.

I lowered myself a little bit more, my dagger ready. "Ready to lose the other one, Hook?"

Hook lashed out with his sword, and I blocked it. "Not this time, Pan."

*Can you guys please include Lucie in stuff? I was gone for awhile, but know I'm back. I'd really appreciate it! Thank you!*

Johnny Black

Dissapointed that I'd already lost my only duty, I could feel my importance slipping like sand through my fingers. I could just feel what would happen; and it no longer filled me with tight anticipation. Hook and Peter would fight, Hook would almost win, but Peter would come from behind to win. It happened everytime, for practically years on end- and it was starting to be laced with a light tedious nature. I thought that today would be the same.

That's when I saw the kids on the beach.

They were almost splotches on the beach, but I could tell- just tell- that they weren't Peter's regular bunch. New Lost Boys! People like myself, who haven't been in Neverland since the 1800's. However... years had probably passed since I was in the 'real' world. Not to mention, I hardly remembered any of it.

It's just... I need an adventure besides mopping the decks or tying up poor native folks- I want to meet people who aren't pirates or Peter. I was going inland. Looking around me, I saw the usual deal- Hook fighting Peter while Smee looked on. I could go, introduce myself- avoiding the fact of my Pirateship as much as possible- and get back to the ship before Hook- or even Peter, for that matter- noticed.

Before I would loose the courage, I jumped off the side of the boat.

I loved being in the water, and the sense of it's cooling waves threatened to overwhelm me. I kept swimming anyway, coming up to the side of the beach where the other kids were. In this bunch there were girls, to my suprise, and a few boys. They were all on the beach, smiling and chatting simply.

I walk up to one person, a bit off from the rest, whose back is turned to me.

"Hello. I'm Johnny."

*Can be anyone- remember, though- he won't say he's a pirate!*
I have loved the words and I have hated them. I only hope I have made them right.
