Jake

I see that Lucie is up and since I can't sleep either in a strange place I decide to talk to her. I tap on her shoulder and she spins around, looking frightened. "Hey, sorry I didn't mean to scare you. It's me, Jake." She sighs in relief and says, "Hey Jake, what's up?"
"Nothing much," I say "Just wondering if I made the right choice to come here. All my other siblings grew up like they should and well... I don't know if I'm doing the right thing being here. I love it here, don't get me wrong but it's so diffrent."

Storm
The night's happenings had exhausted my mind and body. Hands shaking, my mind was numb from shock, and, I promptly fell deep into sleep.
Spoiler
Sorry this was so short! I just wanted to write something

Alex ~

I could hear loud talking and laughing all around me. Slowly I opened my eyes and saw that almost everyone was awake. I didn't know when I had fallen asleep but I knew pretty well that I had dream't about my parents, how they were sitting at the kitchen table talking about if I was dead or alive. I felt cold, colder than the ice.

I got to my feet and sat down in front of the table, I hadn't been sitting there long until Jake/Nibs sat down beside me and handed me a purple fruit.

Rayah-

I fell asleep outside, (Like always..) and walk back into where everyone else was. I yawned and picked a seat next to Alex. I looked at Peter, "Sorry, I was just wondering around, was Looking for something to do."

I grabbed an an apple and tossed it up and down. "Actually I'm going to eat outside, It's beautiful out there." I stood up and pushed through the doors once again.

All of the other Neverkids were up, and as usual no one even looked twice at me, it was like I was see through. Good. No one, not even Rayah, had noticed that Peter andI were gone. I had gotten up from the cot I had slept on (Peter probably put me on it...the ghost feeling of his hands on me sent shivers up my spine). Kids were eating breakfast, so I picked up a plump red fruit and walked outside.
Just when I thought I couldn't hold my excitement in, here comes Rayah. I knew I was busted.
"Hey Rayah..." I stuttered from the heavy lies upon my chest.
She eyed me narrowly, "What's wrong Storm? Cat gotcha tongue?" Laughing and flipping her hair, Rayah chatted with me about her night in the surf. "What did you do after the feast?"
"Ah..." It wasn't right for me to keep a secret from the first person who had been nice to me. "I was with Peter."
"What?!" Rayah's mouth opened like a gasping fish.

Rayah-

I smiled, "What?!" I laughed and patted her on the back, "You two make a great couple." I climbed a tree and hung upside down from it by my legs.

Peter Pan
The next morning, I was woken before everyone by Tink. I knocked coconuts and mangos out of the trees for the Never Kids to eat. They all slowly woke up, most going outside because it was so nice out. Tink grumbled in my ear, "They even eat like cows!" I snickered, because I could see mango juice running down Ardy's chin.

I picked myself a banana off a tree, watching with satisfaction from the tree tops at the Never Kids. They were laughing and chatting happily with each other. They all seemed to fit right in here on Neverland. I thought about maybe going on a tiger and panther hunt later in the day, perhaps even introducing them to the Mollusk Chief, Wise Clam.

I heard people talking below me, although I couldn't hear their words. So I dropped down, catching myself and hanging by my knees on a low hanging branch. "How are you guys doing this morning?" I asked, swinging lightly with a sea breeze blowing my hair in my face.

Ardy-

" I'm doing great!" I answered. I couldn't help but remember last night, when I saw Peter and Storm together. Instead of saying anything about last night, I just grinned and wiped mango juice off my chin.

Storm
"You two make a great couple." Those six words rang in my head endlessly. Sometimes with joy and happiness, and other times in despair, for Peter could not see me farther than I was a Never Kid. I almost said to Rayah back, "But he doesn't know it," when the devil himself spun out of the tree. I flushed wildly. Had he been listening in?! But he just grinned like a jack-o'-lantern and asked how we were doing.
"I'm doing great!" The new kid, Ardy, suddenly said. Who else had listened in on us? This was getting out of control.
"And you, ladies?" I let out a yelp of sorts and Rayah backed me up by saying, "Doing great Peter, Storm and I are so excited." I shot her a grateful look--she was such a great friend!
"Did you have fun last night, Storm?" Ardy asked me that hinted at more than one meaning. I blushed and Peter seemed oblivious to the double edge of Ardy's words.
"There it is again, that fever!" Peter, to my not so hidden discontent and (at the same time) happiness, inspected my face with his sea green eyes, "I should take you to get some medicine."
"No," I finally regained the use of my vocal chords, "Um, Peter, I don't have a fever."
"Then what do you have?" His voice was like honey sliding into my ears, making me need to tell him the truth.
"Storm's got the love bug!" Someone catcalled. Not. Good.

Rayah-

I covered my mouth, to keep from laughing. "N-No she doesn't it's just hot out here," I said trying to cover up for her. I smiled as Peter shrugged, "Well you guys are gonna have to deal with the weather, it's not like I can control it." He said laughing.

We all laughed with him as I winked at Storm.

Ardy-

"Storm's got the love bug." I catcalled. I liked to take the upperhand when I could and this was definetly an opportunity. I grinned, seeing Storm's distress. I wasn't a paticularly mean person, but I liked to blackmail.

I looked at Ardy and shot him a look. I got up and wen't on a branch on the other side of the tree and did the same thing Peter was doing. I swung down and was hanging by my legs upside down.

Ardy-

Rayah glared at me but I ignored her. I walked over to Storm and motioned her away from the others. She looked at me then followwed almost reluctantly.

I grinned again. " Why did you say that? And how did you know about last night?" She asked furiously.

"I saw you and Peter last night. I knew it was something special, because he only invited you. And I said you got the love bug, because I know opportunity when I see one." I responded

She seemed confused, so I said " Blackmail, Storm. I'm blackmailing you. I'm not sure what I want in return yet. I'll let you know, when I've decided. See ya." I grinned mischevously and left her, staring at me.

"Blackmail, Storm. I'm blackmailing you. I'm not sure what I want in return yet. I'll let you know, when I've decided. See ya." He left me with my mouth hanging wide open. This day had gone from bad to worse. And I had to let Ardy blackmail me because if I didn't, he would tell Peter.
I guess I better just tell him before that jerk does.
The kids played along outside our hideout. I couldn't find Peter, until I caught sight of a lean figure in a tree playing the pipes.
I climbed the tree and I saw Rayah give me the thumbs up and Ardy with his eyebrows raised as if to say, "Just wait..."
"Peter?" I called from the highest branch I could climb without being overcome with vertigo.
"Storm? Is that you?" Peter looked around and down. "There you are! Come on up!"
"Uh, I can't, I have height issues." Back when I was home, my friends would laugh at my explanation of my fears of heights. I suddenly missed Melissa, Randy, Julie, and Kate.
"That's alright, I'll come down." In a flash he was right next to me. "So, what's up? Is it about that movie thing?" He wrinkled his nose in the cutest way!
"No, no. It's about...last night. And Ardy's comment."
"You don't believe him, don't you? Hah! He's such a joker."
I laughed awkwardly, "Well I just wanted to tell you..."
"Go on, don't be shy!" I spotted Ardy through the dense foliage and knew my choice.
"He--he was right." I might have just screwed up my friendship with Peter.
