I walked down Diagon Alley with my father to buy my schoolbooks and wand. My father has been beaming with happiness ever since I got the letter to go Hogwarts. I got an increase in my allowance and he promised to buy me an owl of my own when we went to Diagon Alley. We went into Olivander's and after 30 minutes my wand finally chose me.(Oak, 10 in. Unicorn hair, rather springy) After buying an Eagle Owl which I called Chuckles we sat and rested eating ice cream.

As I was finishing my Strawberry Fudge Delight I saw a girl walking with a man the size of a tree. My mouth hung open with shock, never had I seen anyone so tall. My dad whispered in my ear, " That's Johnson he's Hogwarts' groundskeeper. He shows around muggleborn children before school starts." He then shouted, "Hullo Johnson! Renember me Nate Belthorne?" Johnson ambled over and said," Ah, Nate. It's been too long!" The shook hands and my dad said,"This is my daughter Nancy. She's our first to go to Hogwarts.Who you got there?"

"This is lil' Yasmin Jones! She is a new kid too!" he said to the strange man.
I walked over to the girl known as Nancy and said, "Hallo! I am Yasmin Jones! What's your name??"

Nancy Belthorne-

"Hey Yasmin, I'm Nancy. Nice meeting you. I don't know anyone who's going to Hogwarts because my mom raised me as a muggle even though my dad's a wizard. What house do you think you'll be sorted in? There are Gryiffindor , Hufflepuff, Raven claw and Slytherin. I can't make up my mind between Slytherin and Gryffindor."

Malisa Grover-Diagon Ally

Walking through the archway into Diagon alley was a very different experience than she was use to. She usually went on weekends or lessons off during the school terms, not during the holidays. As she walked to the supply shop to pick-up an order of feathers, pillows, charms books and many other things that she would need for her lessons this year she heard the sound of two familiar voices and decided to go and say hello, especially to Nate Belthorne, who was her old charms professor from university, he had taught her basically almost everything she knows about charms, besides the basics which she had learnt from her seven years at Hogwarts.

So she walked over towards their voices and found, Nate Belthorne, what looked like his daughter, Nancy, who he had told her about on one of his trips to Hogwarts as a Charms O.W.L.s Marker, Johnson the Hogwarts grounds keeper, and an eleven year old that I didn’t know, she was presumably a muggle born, as Johnson usually showed them around.

“Hello,” she said to them all.

I jumped when some girl said hello to us.
"AH!" I screeched, jumping a foot into the air, then fell down. "You scared me!" I wailed.

Professor Doofogle

As Professor Doofoogle sat in his office something caught his eye. He had been signing papers and basically finalising everything that he needed to do to start another school year at Hogwarts. A package was lying on his desk which was strange seeing that there wasnt anything there are minute ago. He stood up straight away and took two steps away from his desk. He pulled his wand out and pointed it at the package and casted the spell: Specialis Revelio. His wand made no sound however, so he put he lowered his wand with relief. He steeped up to the package and untied the ribbon on it. He then unwrapped the red paper around the package and opened the box. There in the middle were fragments of the elder wand. Doofoogles eyes widened so much that his head started hurting. This was a wand that had caused so much pain, misery and hope at the same time. Yet here it was in his hands. He pulled the wand out slowly and noticed a note underneath it.

I found this in the river the other day and thought you might wanna inspect it.

Johnson

He put the note on his desk and then examined the broken shards of the elder wand. It looked pretty beat up, but magic has progressed since the time of Harry Potter. You could now fix a wand with one simple spell. Doofoogle pulled out his wand and cast the incantaton Spig Moora. The elder wand reformed in a instant and Doofoogle picked it up. He cast a simple spell on his quill and it started writing by itself. He couldnt believe how good the elder wand felt in his hand. He put it in his robe and continued to sign papers, buzzing with excitement.
